Why can’t this location get orders correct? Ordered a “No. 1, Taco Supreme.” I asked for mild sauce at the window and was told it was in the bag. Got home, 3 REGULAR tacos, NO sauce. Called the phone number on the receipt. No one answered all five times. I returned to the establishment and asked for what I ordered on my receipt. Manager says I have to specify “supreme.” Told her I did. The menu on the boards inside and outside specifically state: “No. 1, Taco Supreme.” (Regular is in small print below.) Unacceptable managerial response who told me to “get out of her face” as I was leaving through the door and she was behind the counter! You lost any future business from me.

I love TB and tonight was probably one of the worst meals I have had yet. I ordered two chalupas with beef and one I received was chicken and it was cold and the other had no meat at all but just lettuce, cheese, and sour cream. My hard shell taco was broken in three places when they gave it to me and I did not get my hot sauce I asked for or napkins.

Stopped for lunch, wasn’t busy. Ordered the new double steak burrito deluxe box and a second double steak burrito. Glad we pulled over in the parking lot. No chips in the bag, but the cheese cup. No steak in either of the burritos. Ground beef. Partner goes in and the employees argue with him that there were chips in the box as he’d packed it himself (wasn’t in a box, just a typical bag). We’re going to lie for some $0.79 chips? Employee tried to say the burritos are just ground beef, but they’re called double steak grilled cheese burritos. Top it off the chalupa was raw, aren’t they supposed to be fried? Just threw it away.
