Interesting concept but employees don’t seem to care about the service because they are hidden behind a wall. They prioritize drive thru orders over the in-store kiosk and mobile orders. You gotta get their attention through the hole in the wall. It was 30 min past my check-in and they were just “starting on it”. Another 10 min I ask again and it’s magically just sitting in the kitchen counter and not in the pickup window. Definitely not the place to go to on your lunch break.

Hidden Gem of a Taco Bell. Being it’s a taco bell, food rating is relatively ranked vs other taco bell- good, but well prepared not hurriedly that makes a mess or sloppily put together. Two stand outs, it’s location makes it not overly busy so waits are minimal, secondly- staff is great, clear speech at order taking and very friendly efficient staff at pickup- both attributes better than peer stores nearby or elsewhere.

It was this weird box thing. There were no seats inside and it was just a kitchen and a little place to wait for your food. It was very slow for there only being 2 of us ordering.

I get it, staffing is hard, and no dining room means no cleaning. But I like to pay with cash, eat inside the restaurant, and actually make eye contact with the people serving me my food. Especially since I work on the road and need a chance to sit in a proper chair.

It’s pretty much true what all the reviews say. I watched an older gentle man come in and try to order but noone answered, he left with cash in his hand. My story however goes like this. I ordered there recently but because it’s a cramped no face to face order pick up area, they forgot about my food. Eventually I got my tacos, all be it cold. They did offer an ice cold drink to go with the cold food. When you close everything off and lose all transparency, you let go of all quality control as well. I’ll be making this taco bell a one and done for me. Good luck franchisee with this location.

Went right at 10:55 so my husband got a breakfast burrito and Crunchwrap and I got 3 Doritos locos tacos. Not sure if this is the prime time to go but omg our Taco Bell was the best TB we’ve ever had! It looked like it came straight from the menu photo! Also gave us plenty of sauce and was super quick. I live in minneapolis but will happily drive the 15 min to go to this one.

Friendly staff at drive thru, fast and efficient. The dipping tacos don’t compare to birria tacos as others say, but Taco Bell doesn’t present them that way. Love steak quesadilla, i⁸s it gone?

The window associate told me … “you need me to leave”! I asked if I could add on something i forgot to order when I pulled up to the pick up window he said no, you’re not allowed, you have to go around and get back in line. When I tried to ask about this policy, he ignored me and closed the window in my face. When he came back, I asked when this rule started and he said “Since now”. I asked his name and then he told me ” you need to leave now”. I went inside to speak to a manager and the same kid came up and said “What do you want ” then wouldnt get a manager. So I shouted for one. Once I spoke to the manager, he informed me of the no add on policy,which I respect,but by that time, I didn’t care, I was so angry at how rude, unprofessional and inappropriate the kid from the window was. The manager apologized. Then manager gave me two free taco coupons. Wth?! The same kid threw a lady’s cash back at her and I saw him throw someone’s bag of food at them. Don’t give me free taco coupons, Get Rid Of the guy working the window. This Use to be my favorite taco bell. Not any more.
