The new dipping taco is a version of a Mexican taco that we call birria!! It is also very similar to quesabirria, if you are Hispanic it is an 8 but if you have not tried the birria it is a 9.5 Recommended but 3.50 dlls give me a little more meat!

I was the only one eating in the store. I sat in the far corner. The store manager comes out and sits one table over and starts making calls on speaker phone. Then finally took off the speaker at least. How rude I did not come here to listen to your conversation. You could have sat on the other side of the store where no customers were.

This Taco bell location is aboslutely HORRIBLE! CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE! I have done doordash at this location many times and the staffing is very rude, incompetent and slow. I was gonna let this be until tonight where I had to wait over half an hour for ONE ORDER. Some of the staffing can be very rude, and if you want food fast, you’ve came to the wrong place. I have lost countless minutes at this location dealing with rude and incompetant employees.

This is a terrible location. I went there at 9pm on a Thursday night. They were playing loud music and swearing at each other every word. I waited inside the lobby for 10 minutes and they completely ignored me and didn’t take my order. I have never been to a Taco Bell with bad service. This is the first time in my 20+ years going to Taco Bell.

Lady at the drive thru was one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered, didn’t listen to the order so didn’t even get the sauces I wanted and the quesadilla wasn’t even cut. Absolutely poor performance from a normal solid Taco Bell location. Fix your Friday night crew.

They don’t even acknowledge you when you’re standing waiting for someone to take your order, guess you have to use the kiosk or nothing…one customer left and I don’t even think they noticed. Finally someone in the back asked if I’d been helped and the guy rudely took my order, as if I was interrupting him on his time. Make that two customers, another one as I’m writing this. Got here at 4:20 it’s 4:35 and still no food. HORRIBLE!!!

Our order was so wrong, its ridiculous. They ran out of tortillas (???) So we improvised. Still got our order so wrong! Ordered regular taco pack, got supreme (for a lot of $$$), nachos bel grande no tomatoes ( so many tomatoes!!!). The only reason we’re eating it is because im worried if we go back, what the hell might we get!!!
