so I went to this location in 4/28 and im still waiting on corporate to call me back. This is unacceptable the nacho fries seems like they are days old the burrito Supreme was horrible which was remade before I left but still missing the steak that I paid extra for. the tacos tasted very old and the thing is the restaurant was completely empty so it wasn’t like they was busy. I called corporate multiple times and was told a district manager would call me and no one has called and when I called back they lied and said someone spoke with me and lied again and said someone will call by the end of the day it’s now May 8th still no call. worst customer service ever and will be contacting my bank.

This location has always been super clean. They always accommodate my vegetarian orders, and get right details like extra added veggies and beans, or swapping sauces. The best fountain sodas of all the fast food chains: always carbonated and full flavor. The California breakfast crunch wrap with extra tomatoes and breakfast salsa was delicious! The hash brown perfectly crisp without the old oil taste some other TB locations are guilty of.

Hit or miss lately. When they first reopened it was great, friendly staff, no issues with orders. The last couple of visits there have been newer team members and the food has been a bit messier (but still tasty enough). The most recent visit part of our order was incorrect. Unfortunately it wasn’t noticed until we were back home so not much that can be done now.

Respect to the efficiency and accuracy of the lunch crew. No line because they are so fast. Order was completely accurate. And even though the interaction was short due to speed, it was still as friendly as can be. One of my best experiences at taco bell.

EXTREMELY upset. I am a vegetarian, so I ordered a black bean crunch wrap supreme. When I received my order I took a bite and was shocked to find the crunch wrap filled with meat. Disgusting, neglectful, irresponsible, and just flat out rude. The store was not busy, there was no excuse for this type of service. I am so angry that this chain would be so neglectful to their customers. Such a terrible experience! I want my money back! I have photos of my receipt and the meat filled crunch wrap.

This Taco Bell was torn down and completely rebuilt a few months ago. It is my favorite Taco Bell in the area. Staff is friendly, my order is always right, and I always leave happy–bc duh, it’s Taco Bell 🙂

The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I ordered my usual Fiery Locos Tacos which this location no longer has. The regular Crunchy Tacos and Pepsi were of average quality. However, the service was marginal at best lacking professionalism from the staff joking with one another. Was there a manager on duty? If so, that person needs to manage something else. The dining room is dated and desperately needs remodeled. Then to top things off, about halfway through eating, a plume of smoke poured into the dining room from the kitchen (note the haze in the attached photo) with no apology, explanation, or service gesture from any staff member. Needless to say my meal was ruined at that point. Thankfully, a staff member eventually propped open the entrance door to help dissipate the smoke that had caused me to cough repeatedly and eyes to burn. I suggest stearing away from this Taco Bell… There is a better one in Hopkins on the same road about 5 miles east from this one. Otherwise, good luck at this location.
