Employees were great. Very friendly and understanding when it took us a little bit to order. Everything was correct which does not always happen with bigger orders. Food still came out hot and fast. Everytime I come to this location the Employees are amazing. Not going to lie I have tried to recruit some of them. Keep up the great work.

Date of Visit: 06/25/2023 – Definitely worth driving to this Taco Bell location if you live in Shakopee (because let’s be real, the Shakopee location SUCKS!!!) Buuuut it’s just another Taco Bell. This location at least was able to get our order right & it was served hot.

says breakfast goes until 11 but they actually stop at 10:30 and there’s no communication on it. while ordering employees were burping in the kitchen, then i found a hair in my food and there were black spots on my girlfriend’s tortilla. do not recommend.

Everyone is really friendly. The only issue is that for some reason the lettuce tastes funny. We had it one time and we thought it was a one time thing but we have been there a few times and it seems that it is always like that with an ‘off’ taste. Otherwise everyone’s friendly.

App charged me twice for this location to never receive the order. Fine. Not their fault. Guy at the drive thru gave nothing but attitude about the whole situation and then put someone else at the window to deal with the complaint because I was being charged a 3rd time. Then nudged her when I kept asking questions. Piss poor customer service and poor management for putting other in positions to deal with issues instead of handling themselves

Waited 20 minutes for my food. Never got it. 7 people came in after me and all got there food before me. I went up and got my money back. They said they were short staffed. I get that but just tell me the truth you lost my order. I ordered before they even arrived to the restaurant. So no they didn’t order before me.
