Be careful using the app or your card at this place!!! My app was hacked and I have had 4 purchases through the app for this location! It would have continued to go on if my bank didn’t decline an order! The only time I’m thankful I was broke!!!! Instead they redeamed the rewards. I have yet heard back from taco bell about this issue! If you use the app take your card off when not ordering or pay cash. I live in Connecticut not even in that state! Taco Bell seems to be the only fast food that has your information stolen. Years ago it happened to my husband at the store in my town. If my kids didn’t love taco bell we would never ever go back!!!! Thanks Taco Bell for allowing someone to get at least 100 of my money. Be careful PEOPLE!!!!!!!

The atmosphere was rather decent which is rare for the fast food industry in our recent declining times we find ourselves in. This Taco Bell gets it. They never skimp out. Their burritos are always appropriately stuffed and the customer service is stellar! Service with a smile. I love Taco Bell… but most I go to disappoint me because of how much they go half hearted with their food. HW-13 in Savage is not that. Quality and value all in the same Taco shell. Best Taco Bell I’ve consistently been to.

1.I was having the problem with print out the recipe (I can not redeem my rewards without any thing)and then I was asking for the help with the cashier and then you know what they are telling me No we can not help you ! I knew this New place and then they are just opened ! but oh well nevermind forgot about it! 2. My order was missing the items and then good thing I was fine it (recipe) was sent out though my email ! And then I need to show up the Guy again /and then my order still missing something sad face I can not believe it was so complicated for getting dinner for us! Hopefully after awhile they’ll get better soon

This Taco Bell has gone WAY down hill. Their hours of operation are extremely lacking and even when they are open they either mess up your order or make it very sloppily. Tonight took the cake when I pulled up to the drive-through and they announced “not sure what you want but just to let your know we are out of beef”

Once a order is put in. It should not come back wrong. If I say NO CHEESE. NO CHEESE should be in or on what I ordered. The order was taken right and made wrong. When I returned it was described as a MINOR error. If I had allergies to what I didn’t want on my food. It wouldn’t have been MINOR. I will not return to that location again.

Comparative to other t-bells, this is my favorite. The customer service puts it above the others. Warm greeting to take the order and in a good mood while working. This week the drive through worker asked me to taste my drink because she was concerned the tap might be low and gave me another one instead. That might be a first time I have had someone care enough about giving a good product at a t-bell. Also a shout out to these guys from the time of covid. They always did a great job of making me feel like they took extra precautions to keep hygiene a priority. Woo!

the sausage breakfast crunchwrap i got from here was probably the best i’ve had ever. deliciously cheesy, perfect sauce to tortilla ratio, and they gave me the right amount of breakfast salsa packets. also got complimented on my hair, overall 10/10!
