If I could give zero points I would. First the guy who prepared my nachos bell grande forgot to put the ground beef then I had already gotten home so I called over the phone and the girl who answered the phone was so inconsiderate of what happened and then she disconnected the phone and when I called back she didn’t even answer my call again. How very rude service and I won’t be going back there ever again!! They need to learn manners!

I was asked to wait in front of building for my order. I waited for 10 minutes, then decided to follow up with my order. When i got out my car and walked in for my order it was sitting on the counter and the staff starting laughing. She apologized as she had forgotten to bring it to me. Will never be returning.

I love Taco Bell, especially their friendliness & asking how I’m doing. This particular location seems to have one particular issue for me: this is the 2nd time, ordering different things, that I’ve found my burritos & crunchwraps having a bunch of cheese sauce, sour cream, or avocado type sauce at one end, so you get a mouthfuls at once & none with the rest.
