This location is problematic. I got home after ordering, the food was cold, and the cheese wasn’t melted. They forgot to put the 12 pack of Cinnabon delights in the bag. They DO NOT answer the phone or customer service complaints through email or their website. Only 1 or 2 people are friendly there. The company doesn’t seem to care about returning customers.

They messed up my order, my order was missing food. I came back to the cashier and told them. The line cook person come up and got vocal and and an attitude stating he put everything in the bag. Then they tried to blame it on me saying “well we looked at the cameras and we know what we put in your bag.” Um… you obviously didn’t check the cameras. Then the cashier tried waving me off like “yeah we know your stealing , just leave.” The only reason im here is because i promised my daughter taco bell and the Taco bell on HWY 55 had a neverending line and is deplorably understaffed. If my daughter wasn’t with me this situation would have been a different scenario. Homie nobody needs to steal cheap Az tacobell. Its so petty, with petty people arguing over petty food.

This was a fantastic Taco Bell. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. It was great food prepared quickly. The staff was lively and friendly. I would have my kids work there if they didn’t already work elsewhere.

28 minutes after ordered didn’t have my order so I got a refund. I never had to wait my whole lunch break to go back to work hungry. Not cool ! I get if your understaffed but you need to tell people there is a wait before they get super frustrated.

Service is often fairly slow here through the drivethru when there are more than 1 or 2 cars. Kind of a hit or a miss with service. But the food is consistent and I have had no issues with accuracy of my order. Love tbell!
