Order food for pick up. Was a about 15 minutes late picking up due to traffic. Got there and food was nowhere to be found. Employee said my order was ready 20 minutes ago. Then they went to remake it. Pretty sure they ate the food I order and paid for. It shouldn’t matter if I am late picking up food that I paid for. If it was ready 20 minutes ago, why did they have to remake it. (boggles my mind)

Might be time for management to either drug test or implement a literacy test for their employees. Went through the drive through and asked for a taco and burrito party pack. The person taking our order had no idea what we were asking for, then went on to say “we don’t have that”. We explained in detail more than three times what we wanted and what was included in it before they magically found the button. If this was the first time that I or my partner had issues like this one, I would not take the time to type a review, but this is not even close to the first time. If this happened at a time when they were so understaffed there was only one poor miserable soul running the entire place I would be understanding enough to not complain, but there were several people working. I cannot comprehend how this location is still allowed by the company to operate.

I don’t like this store. I went in to get my daughter some to eat. I saw the line and it was not clean. They were not busy. The young man started to make her food and I asked him if he could clean the line. I HAD TO ASK HIM. You are suppose to clean as you go. So one of the workers said in every restaurant it’s like that. I said it takes less than a minute to clean and it’s cross contamination. Even the general manager Dean kept walking pass the line looking like that and did not one time tell him to clean. I eventually asked for my money back. The shift manager stood there pressing buttons and didn’t even let me know how long the refund will take. I finally got my refund. I will not ever go back here and again they were not busy and he insisted on making my daughters food on a nasty line.

Ate here one time and the food came super fast. The next time, disgracefully slow. I ended up ordering later from the app and that food never even came out of the kitchen. I was so fed up that I simply left the store and canceled the order.

Front door and door handle were extremely dirty tables had food and hair all over them and weren’t wiped down, the floor had food all over it and was sticky, Pop machine was out of ice, the two garbage cans by the door were overflowing so I couldn’t put anything on my tray in them when I left, and there were six people standing around in back giggling and having conversations not doing anything. After seeing how the front of the store is taking care of, you can about imagine, how the kitchen gets taken care of.

I had just horrible service. I waited at the customer counter inside for over 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged I was present. I asked some questions about allergens and customizations, was told they couldn’t customize anything. I then tried to order from the standard menu, and the service walked away from me without taking my order. So I left without getting any food and will not go back for a long time, until the staff has changed over.

I hate this Taco Bell. If you want to wait in the drive through line for 23 minutes– 15 minutes before even ordering without any hope for escape, go to this Taco Bell. The drive through lane is only one lane. I seriously considered driving over the sidewalk to get out! I should have! (What a cruel fate to be stuck in line here!)

Ordering food at this Taco Bell location seems fine. There are many people working there, & not just teenagers from WHS. The steakhouse burrito is good but seems a tad overpriced. It is similar to Subway across the parking lot & Panera Bread next door & McDonald’s a few blocks down the street – it’s a fast food restaurant! Feel free to come here often, folks of Plymouth.
