I would rate this place zero stars if it would let me. I have been waiting for over an hour in the lobby, and peopl who come in after I did are getting there food and I ordered 3 god damn things!! there’s one cook working and he’s slow, they told us our orders would be done asap, and there still not done. will not be returning here even though I love taco bell. for how much the food is you’d think that they’ll give you good service

I’d give this location zeros stars if I could. Almost every time I come here, the food is in such a bad state it’s actually inedible. The chalupa bread is almost always hard. Like so hard you could chuck it at a window and break a window. You’d probably break a tooth trying to bite into it. Why anyone thinks that’s okay to serve, I don’t know. I don’t know if it’s down to employee laziness or money grubbing management trying to cut costs by not tossing out items that have been sitting too long. Today, my hash browns in my breakfast crunch wrap were so hard the potato in the middle wasn’t even soft anymore-the entire thing was rock hard. Spent $11 and for just a drink, essentially. I know it’s fast food and the quality isn’t top tier. That’s fine, but I am paying for FOOD it should be in a condition where you can actually EAT it. I hope to see you go out of business soon, so maybe a different establishment can come in that DOES NOT rip off its customers.

We ordered veg pizza. Served one with meat. They were replaced with veg pizza. Shells tasted stale and had an oily smell. Not able to eat and we throw both pizzas. They need to check the quality of items used I may not eat here again

You can’t order at the counter with an actual person. You have to order from a machine. Then while waiting for my order which took forever to get. They just put my tray on the counter and didn’t even call my name. The hor sauce packets were filthy. The tables were not cleaned at all. The last person’s garbage was still sitting on one of the tables. We were here for 30 minutes and not once did someone come out to wipe down tables. I will never return to this restaurant again.

Everytime we come here we get cold food, rude service, or theyre out of something. Tonight we got there around 9:45PM and ordered a meal along with a couple other things. The total came to $16.00 and all i had was $100.00 bills and the guy at the window was very rude while shouting at us how he cant take a $100.00 bill this late since they dont have change even tho they dont close until midnight. Their competitor had no problem breaking a $100.00 bill 15 minutes before they closed.

Really should have something that says you use ground chicken, just wasted $20 on food that went in the trash. It’s been quite awhile since I’ve been to a taco bell guess it wasn’t something I thought to ask. But very friendly workers.
