My girlfriend and I come here alot and is usually awsome. But tonight we ordered our usual stuff and we asked for xtra hot sauce and and got zero and he said it’s in the bag at the window our Cinnabons where sugarless and rock hard my girlfriends tacos were old tasting and hard. Ordered a steak power bowl and didn’t get no rice at all! Found hair at the bottom of my bag with the fries.. they forgot my bfs nacho cheese taco that’s supposed to come with his deluxe box.. horrible seriously, I was gonna let the whole rice thing go but when I found out they forgot the taco too and there was a piece of hair … YEAH NO HORRIBLE LOCATION

Still love the crunchy tacos, but can’t keep up with the rest of the menu, or the prices. Would expect a bit more quality for the price, lately. This location is nice and new, staff have been friendly, and wait times vary from ultra quick to glacial.

I swear they put meat on the vegetarian orders on purpose. I order a taco that comes in black beans and we’ll as meat on the menu (I specifically say vegetarian and black bean) and 9 times out of 10 there is meat on it. The other Taco Bell’s do not screw up to this extent. Update : lowering a star because they cannot GET A VEGGIE ORDER RIGHT TO SAVE THEIR LIVES!

These people don’t even try! Look at this! I can’t make 1 flipping gordita out of these 3. Also got 1 of the 3 five layers I ordered. Maybe if they weren’t blasting Michael Jackson and concentrating on the SINGLE food order, this wouldn’t have happened. $20 for this muffed up order!! Hellen Keller would have done better.

5th time ordering here, order was right for the first time finally. For some reason this time they skimped on every topping. The bowl was half of the normal toppings compared to other taco bells or even this location on a normal day. As well as the quesadillas, 2 of 4 pieces had no meat in them. I understand it’s fast food, but I want consistency.

I can’t say how disappointed I am repeatedly. I went back again tonight after months…they had to get things right…nope wrong thinking. This place is a joke. Take a look at my dried, shriveled and pathetic spicy chicken taco sandwichs (dog food is what they were), my Quesadilla was in a ball crumpled in the bag. Chalupa was half wrapped and fell apart in the bag. Are they shaking the bag? Then zero sauce. The recipt lists it. These people are useless. Go home and put dog food in a tortilla. Save yourself.
