This is by far the worst Taco Bell that I have ever been to. Noy only did they forget the requested taco sauces, tacos were missing ingredients. The reason 3/4 went straight into the garbage was that they were horribly soggy, falling apart and just plain gross. I am questioning whether or not they spit on my food. My soft shell was unwrapped and dumped over everything inside the bag. After calling in no callback received.

Absolutely gutted. This by far the worst drive through I’ve ever been at. Worst experience ever! I picked up my girlfriend on her lunch break and drove her over to this location to get her some food. While at the drive through, she ordered #10, but the server put in the wrong order. I was sitting in the driver seat and thought she probably didn’t hear her right. I put my head out and repeated the order. The lady took it differently. She started yelling at me and cussing me out that I “scream” at her. I ABSOLUTELY didn’t scream. She literally told me “bye! We don’t served people like you anyway”. I was in total disbelief. People like me? Because I have a African accent? Because I am black? I thought it was all a joke. I drive up to the window to get my food, and she immediately open the window and started yelling at me to leave. All white server. She called the cop and three cop cars showed up with six police officers. I was baffled. Never been in a situation like this. I intelligently explained to the officers and they advised me to let go of the situation and call Taco Bell corporate and file a complaint.

I always have such a pleasant experience at this location. The staff are nice & go out of their way often. Overall, every time I’ve been, I’ve been beyond satisfied! As a customer & as a doordash driver they are so sweet! (and make the best burritos compared to others in my opinion). I go out of my way to come to this location!

AMAZING! -And I mean amazing. The workers have always been SO nice. We have a really hard order, normally. They’ve gotten it wrong once. Still though 5/5. They have their masks on and provide proper service. They are really careful about keeping people safe.

I waited 40 min in the lobby for an online delivery. There were 4 cars in the drive-thru. The manager was cursing the entire time. Two young employees were just walking around on their phones. They ran out of multiple items for my order. Please go to the St. Cloud location if you want better and faster service.

This morning I stopped in 9 or so order two cheesy sausage burritos two bean burritos I was asked do you want any hot sauce I said no and when I pulled away with my food there was a big handful of medium hot sauce in my bag which I didn’t ask for and whoever put them into the bag I’m glad that they did because the cheesy burrito breakfast thingamajig tasted a whole lot better with the hot sauce now Taco Bell’s bean two today as well that’s one thing on taco Bell’s menu that hasn’t changed one signal bit in 40 years still as good as ever. I don’t stop at Taco Bell that often but if I do it’s usually just for two or four bean burritos they’re the best thing on the menu that is all

Never get order right. Tacos are never labeled if there are substitutions. My daughter has a dairy sensitivity, and every time my order for no cheese is ignored. Close to work and on the way home, but would way rather go anywhere else
