So, this is always hard. I’m sure the workers are trying, but they didn’t have a full staff, couldn’t take orders at the counter because the cash drawer was broken. Made everyone use their order kiosks, which were not intuitive. There was one other customer inside and no one in the drive-through when we arrived. By the time they told us there was no one at the counter or behind the counter to help us, there was a line of cars in the drive-through. By the time we ordered, the three people working frantically, two on the line and one working the drive-through, were completely overwhelmed, and the dining room was filling up with people. From what we could tell, the youngest person was in charge and didn’t appear to have a good command of the operation. It took over a half hour from the time we completed our order to the time we got our order. The customers in the dining room were very frustrated. They were understaffed in a rundown restaurant and without sufficient equipment for the task or the training to handle what they did have. And the men’s bathroom was horrible. Yelp gives them one star. My wife said, “Well, they earned that one star.” And I replied, “Nope. They haven’t even earned that.” I feel bad for the employees. We did eat, but our order wasn’t even right. My wife ordered hardshell taco supremes: they failed to put sour cream on them. But, unfortunately, it wasn’t worth waiting to try and get it remedied. They made us run for the border alright. The Canadian border!

Ordered at the in store kiosk. Order didn’t go back. Took over 20 minutes to get my food. Get those machines fixed please! Manager gave us coupons that kind of comped our order, so they did try to make it right.

Do not waste your money @ this Taco Bell. They don’t put hardly any meat, cheese or lettuce on the Doritos locos taco which is $2.59 plus tax! Last time I went here they messed up my order.. sent my tacos falling out the wrapping upside down in the bag. An cook/employee argued with me when I complained about how nasty the food looked. Definitely will never be back.

Recently went to this location and ordered on the self service screen. My friends and I were the only people in the lobby. I asked them when my food was coming out and they said they didn’t have any orders. After about 30-40 minutes I finally got my food and to be honest it was mid. They did fully refund me so that was nice. But I would prefer their system works and the food was cooked better. Will still end up going back due to my love of Taco Bell

This is the second time I order the Crunchwrap Supreme from this place on a door dash order, and they never make it well. At first I thought Okay, the meat is probably in the center, but daaaaaaaamnnn There’s was absolutely no meat, only a few freckles of meat, a tiny bit of cheese, a tiny bit of sour cream and a ton, and I’m not kidding, A TON OF LETTUCE . Instead of Crunchwrap Supreme, they should just call this a Vegan Crunchwrap. No more ordering from this Taco Bell. Wasted $5 on a piece of Tortilla with Lettuce …

Ordered online, then saw a very long line out into the street behind the drive up, went inside to pick up the order, even though we ordered it picked up at the drive-thru. Pretty much ignored inside. They were obviously busier than the staff could handle. No one was rude or unpleasant. And they did refund our money. We will just avoid this location over noon hours.

So disappointing. Had a mobile order supposed to be ready at 5:30. Got here at 5:32 still not ready. Okay thats fine. But they were all just standing around talking. Not even making the order. Finally got it at 5:50. And it was not even correct. Not impressed at all.
