So impressive in person! I have seen this site once before when moving across the country, but my mother has not. So now that we’re moving her, we made it a must. She was speechless and loved it! The staff in the various stores are polite and the whole area is kept very clean! Such a nice national must see!

Presentation is important. Also the kids at the window are too scared to interact with guests. The kid today couldn’t even reach his arm out more than a few inches to hand out the food. Get new staff that can handle the food service industry.

Brought my family here to eat and little did we know our order would get mixed up. After watching another family touch our food, we sent it back to get it remade and the manager was upset but the cashier was nice.

Service was terrible. We waited well over an hour for our food while people that ordered after us got their food a half an hour before us for the same amount of food. Said they were busy at 10:00 at night with no one inside the establishment and easily delivering the few drive through orders that rolled up.

The person cooking/making the items needs to pay attention, and the person handing the food to the customer needs to double check the bag. messed up my entire order smh. Next time someone asks me if we can get taco bell ima just say we have taco bell at home

5/14/2023 at 4pm: Soap dispenser in men’s room didn’t work which is concerning since men were preparing our food. Hopefully they have soap back in the kitchen where they are preparing food. Dining room was FILTHY!!! Tables and seats haven’t been properly cleaned in months or years. Old garbage and food on most of the tables in the dining room. It was freezing cold in the dining room and it took way too long to get our food. They forgot our drinks. Minimal staff. Poor service. However, food tasted amazing.

The day we came, there were two separate people who waited over an hour for their orders and ours came out incorrect… And both of us who are the tacos ended up with upset tummies that night…. The cinnamon ball things were yummy though.

Well it really was not that busy and the food was not made right. Asked for extra chesse on 1 taco got 4 pieces of cheese and meat was 1 small blob in the middle of the taco barely any sour cream. I have pictures the other taco was almost as bad and they were broke. The mexican pizza the beans and cheese was suppose to be extra which I got charged for and it was not and the beans were really dried out and it had hardly anything on it. I got pictures. It was ridiculous. Spent around $50 and other stuff was not right either all they said was oh were training will training should not be a excuse is not being out making sure your customers get what they ordered not a mess. This was the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. After ordering there were two groups of people who complained that they had ordered an hour ago and not received their food. I got my order after about half an hour, but it was wrong. They remade it, but it was still wrong. On the second order I let them know I have dietary restrictions so they would know why I was requesting the remake. It was still wrong. I left without the food I ordered and without the money I paid for it. Avoid the store number 032358.
