It’s probably a little unfair to give such a low review considering that my food order was correct. However, the speed of service (or lack thereof) merits the rating. A 20 minute total wait from the point of entering the drive thru with only a single car in front of me to the point of leaving with my order is less than acceptable.

They say they close at 8 pm. I arrived at 710, sat for ten minutes waiting for them to take our order only for them to sat sorry we are closed at 720. Went to the Taco Bell on Washington street and ordered and got my food in less than five minutes. Will not be returning to the rock island Taco Bell

I stopped there to grab a taco and nachos for lunch. I got home opened the bag and the nachos were sheared everywhere. 1 little teaspoon size drop if meat the rest was runny beans and cheese. The taco had a smear of meat and a giant blob of sour cream. The only good part of the trip was the nice young man at the window. I used to love Taco Bell. This is unexecptable.

Went inside the Taco Bell. Had to wait ten minutes for order to be taken. Than, they asked me if I needed to pay. I told them that my order hadn’t been taken yet. He took my order. I order a number 9 which included a Mexican Pizza, 2 Taco Supreme and a drink. Also, order a order of Nacho Fries. After, waiting another 10 minutes they give the order. I opened the bag it had two items and nachos fries. One of them I think was a burrito of sorts. The other a Taco. I told them this wasn’t my order. They did give right pizza, tacos . But, when getting it home the pizza was completely soggy, the outside of the Taco was completely drenched. I won’t be back for awhile.

Guy that works there purposely ignores customers and the drive-through so he doesn’t have to do his job. Good luck getting food in under 15 minutes even if the parking lot is empty. I left without ordering.

I got here all the time 99% of the time they are very good. This time at 1000am 4/16/23 they messed up my order horrible. I ordered 12 pack no lettuce(I got lettuce) a Mexican pizza and 2 burritos. I asked for a bunch of milds sauce I got 3 milds and over 2 pounds of Diablo sauce. I work over 10 miles away so to long of drive to head back

Sat in the drive thru for 48mins!!!! Of course i was stuck between cars in front and behind me and couldnt leave. This south taco bell needs to close, they never have enough staff and it always takes forever when waiting for food and half the time the food comes out wrong or they forget something….absolutely ridiculous!

I was so very impressed with the staff working the lunch shift, approximately 11:30am 7/23/2021 @ Taco Bell on Rock Island Place in Bismarck. The drive through was closed, they got very busy all at once, due to all of us going into the dining room for our orders. The crew worked together as a team, handled the rush very well and were working together in a cohesive manner. They churned out great product very quickly (see perfect taco below) and it’s not often you see a fast food restaurant be able to handle a rush as well as they did today. Keep up the great work… I’m leaving a very satisfied costumer today!

Worst customer experience EVER. I noticed that the lobby was finally opened. When I went in, there were 3 people waiting for their order. I waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes and NOT ONE employee acknowledged that I needed to order. (NO I will not use the kiosk. ) I finally asked in a loud voice “Is someone going to take my order?” NO response again, the guy at the drive thru just looked at me and didn’t say anything. I waited another minute. Nothing. I said in a very rude voice “Since no one is going to wait on me I’ll take my business elsewhere.” I went to Taco Del Mar where they appreciate their customers. It will be a very long time before I visit Taco Bell.

I went through drive through and asked to change my order being I pretty much got everything you’d get in a deluxe cravings box so I asked if it could be changed to a cravings box and they said no, wow I think they forgot customer service and saving the customer money and wanting them to come back and on top of that everytime I go through drive through my order is wrong and I get someone’s else’s order and have to go inside and get mine and wait and don’t get no apologies or customer service at all,
