Food was wrong and employees nearly didn’t give us our drinks. Ordered of the APP and said it was ready. Had to drive through drive through even though it wasn’t late at night. Employees clowning around. Sarcastic, condescending, and one of them said “ Didn’t even look at the ticket”. When they nearly didn’t give us our drinks. Then left out the sauces the grabbed a bunch and threw them in the bag that was already handed to me. It’s like I’m bothering them for paying for food from your restaurant.

New hours are 11-7. I was waiting in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. I finally get to order at 6:49 and they tell me they are closed. So I went down the road to Taco John’s. Had my food before 7. Who ever runs this Taco Bell needs to figure this restaurant out. Hire some quality employees and they could have a thriving business.

Absolutely terrible, every single time I’ve ever ordered here somethings missing, and it’s slower than molasses! Constantly changing staff but continually poor service is all you need to know about their management. Also the food is no better than a can of tuna I could find lying in the gutter, and the tunas probably tastier and less likely to give me the runs.

Waited in line for about 25 minutes…4 cars in front of me, so I’m not sure what the holdup was. Seems like they are delaying taking orders so that the metric for “length of time waiting” is skewed. Anyhow, ordered just regular tacos with no lettuce and extra cheese…no extra cheese in sight on any of the tacos, even though I was charged for it. Disappointed with my visit, but based on the other reviews mentioning similar issues, and seeing as how those previously reported problems still exist, I doubt anything will change.

Ordered in the drive through, waited about 10 min. Employee apologized for wait and I asked if I could come inside so my kids could go to the bathroom. About 20 min in, employee apologized and said they have new staff and gave my food away. 20 more min and I finally got my food. There were two other people who thier food was either lost or still waiting for at least a half hour as well. I understand new staff, I understand waiting.. but 45 min for some burritos?! They apologized and sent me on my way. Disappointed. My food wasn’t even hot when I got it.. it was warm but I expected fresh after that wait. What a bummer. In Dickenson, ND.

Yet another horror story of 45 minutes in a drive through for mediocre food. Given the repeated similar stories in the reviews, I can only assume that the Management at this restaurant is completely incompetent. During our visit, this lack of the most basic skills required to run a restaurant could be seen in the fact that they’d run out of meat, refried beans, nacho fries, tomatoes, onions, Mountain Dew, MD Baja Blast, etc. We’d ordered through the app, had already paid and had some free food included, or would never have waited. Fortunate that we prefer black beans on the stuff we get from TB, so they could make most of our order. Note that some restaurant apps will mark items as unavailable when ingredients run out, or if the ice cream machine is down or whatever…that seems pretty basic and would have saved everyone a helluva lot of trouble.

Went there at 8:55 pm on a Monday (yesterday) and waited in the drive thru wondering if they’re open. We weren’t rude at all and a women comes out the back door and yelled “yeah we’re closed!!!” in a complete condescending way instead of just telling us through the speaker that they’re closed. I’m sure it was the manager. How you gonna be mad at customers when Taco Bell is known to be open late?? Get a different job
