I just got caught in the twilight zone of drive thru purgatory! Tired and Hungry from the road, already checked into our hotel in Butte, Montana- I decided to take the quick easy route of grabbing some fast food to take back to the room… I had already been stuck in line (no way to back out) for 22minutes (no joke!) when at the sign I was told the restaurant was closed! I explained that I had been waiting for over twenty minutes and the attendant acted surprised and took my order; it took another 15 minutes after placing my order until we finally reached the window. I asked the attendant what was going on and she just shrugged then tried to give me the incorrect order (a bag full of items I didn’t order). At that point I explained what I had ordered and then waited at the window another 8 minutes for my items to be prepared! I never write reviews, but this experience was beyond bizarre and frustrating!!!

I used the Drive Thru. The girl on the Speaker was great. She actually laughed at my silly comments. Latina (?) was the girl at the window. Very “smiley”and friendly. Also, inside everyone was moving about with purpose. I could tell it was a trained team.

Lobby always closed! LITERALLY! They had a sign on the building last year that said “Lobby open!” I literally had to call CORPORATE to complain about it then they took it down. If you aren’t going to function as a business just close already because DAMN. food aight tho

I am stuck in the middle with how to rate this place. Every single time I get food here my order is wrong. It’s like the cooks can’t read the board. However on the other hand the service from the cashiers has always been great. My word of advice is make sure to check your order before leaving the place.

If there was a way to put less stars I absolutely would…. I walked across the busy street to use the lobby kiosk and they said that the lobby was closed and I would have to go thru the drive thru. So I asked, am I supposed to walk the there? Or should I just go across the street to the hotel and get my truck with a 35ft trailer and go thru the drive thru??? But reading other reviews, I probably wouldn’t have gotten the right order anyways. What a waste of building space.

Pretty disappointed all around. Order was messed up badly. When i looked to check if the food was correct i was ushered off. My food was not correct. Wait time was pretty atrocious as well considering they were dead. Employees seemed apathetic at best and rude at worst. I held off coming here for a long time and considering this first experience i don’t think ill be back anytime soon.

Just terrible, ordered on line, went to pick up order , lobby was closed at 530 pm in the day, had to wait in drive thru for half hr, while food was sitting ready, talked to manager to manage status of online ordering, he walked away with a attitude. Got home with soggy , hard inedible food, threw it away. Taco time here we come!!

I wait like 20 min every time I come here and then my burrito is sloppily thrown in a wrapper and I have to remake it and I’m missing a burrito. I get these jobs suck I used to work at one but I don’t have much money to begin with and when it gets wasted like this is a huge slap in the face
