We celebrated our daughter’s 6th birthday at this location. They were not used to hosting birthday parties but truly exceeded our expectations. They allowed us to bring decorations and our own cake. They set up a “make your own taco” spread for the kiddos. And even bought her a gift!!! Dragons Love Tacos. I know that fast food parties are a bit dated but this one is worth considering.

The food was cold when I got it home just one mile away. I don’t mean room temperature, I mean it was ice cold except for the meat which was lukewarm at best. I did not get the taco sauce I originally ordered but caught it when I double-checked the bag before driving away. The service was fast. The staff was composed of friendly foreigners wearing face masks as a preventative measure. All in all, it was nowhere near worth what I paid for it.

Does not carry ketchup, what fast food place that serves potatos doesn’t offer ketchup in America? If the owner thinks they’ll save money by not ordering ketchup, well think again as you lost a customer now because I’m forced to eat hashbrowns with hot sauce? (P.S. a lot of people like ketchup on burritos too) I will happly drive to the other taco bell in Bozeman, even to Belgrade, as they both have adequate condiments available to their customers at the other ocations.

Gave it 3 tries and every time wayyyyy to much meat and cheese sauce holy cow! So soggy my Crunchwrap and crunchy taco fell apart while attempting to eat around the edges. C’mon, at least make it edible.

I stopped here around 9 pm as I was moving cross country because it was near the interstate and there was space nearby in the Costco lot for the Uhaul and trailer. I placed my order at the kiosk, then used the restroom briefly. When I came out the employees were interacting loudly and working on drive thru customers, but did not call my name or order. There was no order for me at the counter either. I waited, and waited, and it became clear after 5 minutes that the employees were ignoring me and hiding in the back. I waited an additional 10 minutes-still no service, and no employees willing to show themselves. Not sure what I did to deserve it, but they could be clearly overheard mocking me, laughing, and they very deliberately hid out of sight and refused to come to the counter to provide service. I was tired, just wanted something quick to eat, and, despite having paid at the stupid kiosk with my credit card, I said the hell with it, hopped back in the Uhaul, and took it to the other Taco Bell in town. I was able to get something to eat there by eating in, then getting back on the interstate to continue my move. I have disputed the charge for this trashy no-service location with my credit card company, and I wouldn’t advise anyone stop here if they want professional service from competent, considerate individuals. The staff at work that evening, I believe it was two younger females and one younger male, were grossly unprofessional, disrespectful, and provided no service. If they don’t want to deal with customers they are in the wrong line of work.

It’s hit or miss whether what you buy at this taco bell will have almost nothing inside the fajita! All of my food was like this tonight. Sometimes during lunch hour they do serve what you are paying for. Buyer beware!

Came here for breakfast…. food is not bad at all. However, considering it was empty, the dining room should be clean…wipe down tables n chairs, sweep up floors….. jus saying. The three stars is for the lack of cleanliness in the dining room….. please Taco folks….try to keep this in mind on your down time! Makes all the difference in the world. P.S.: the place is not filthy by any means, but it could use a nice wipe down to maintain.
