I stop by here after work when I don’t feel like making something to eat at home. It’s on my way home from work. The service is fast. The people are nice and they have good deals. Normally pass by for happy hour and get me a dollar freeze drinks which comes in great for these really hot summer days.

Kind of torn about this, for the longest time this was my favorite location. Big plus, the full menu is served in the morning here. However, service has been inconsistent. Got my crunchy taco improperly wrapped, which almost fell apart when removing it, and it was soggy. I paid cash at the window, I was given a look like I was a serial killer, and I did not get any receipt. I know I’m supposed to feel bad because everyone is short staffed etc. I just started a job, I feel the pain and frankly it’s still hard to get work. Nevertheless, I still have high expectations.

Drive through was excessively slow, taking more than 10 minutes per car to get to order, let alone receive your order. Ended up spending over 40 minutes in the drive through. Employees are going over and above to deal with short staffing. Management has definitely failed at this location.

Went through the drive-thru to order food for a friend. I was the 2nd cat to order, but behind me the line was hanging out in the street. It took 25 minutes to get to the intercom to place my friends order. Then took another 20 to get to the window to pick it up. At the window had to wait 7 more minutes. The staff member was friendly. Unfortunately me friend said the food was horrible. She wanted to go back for a refund.

Pretty good burrito and taco. But the watermelon red juice that they are giving free for orders over $15 is not that good. This is an Uber eats only offer I suppose. But the chicken burrito and the cheese wraps are great.

This is the first time I’ve been in this store in years. It’s a next-gen lobby with self-order kiosks (big touch screens) that make ordering a completely contactless experience. I guess it allows the 3 employees working today to focus on drive-thru orders and order prep. Sadly, even with the efficiency that technology has promised, I was not called to pick up my order until after it had been sitting on the counter long enough to get cold. At least the floors and tables were clean.

I had a great experience here this morning! The gentleman at the drive through cash register was so kind and polite. They were very accommodating of dietary restrictions at this location, didn’t rush me when I needed time, and got the answers to all my questions. The food was tasty and fresh, and it stayed warm well after I got to work. What truly touched my heart though was when I started to pull away and the cashier (I wish I had gotten his name) told me to drive safe in the most sincere manner. They’re serving more than food at this location. Go for a breakfast burrito and get kindness to start your day too. Thanks for the positive energy your employees are putting into the world! Well done & all around 5 stars. 🙂

I have gone out of my way to go to this taco bell. Whoever manages this store runs a tight ship – food is *always* fresh, wait times are reasonable, staff is friendly. Ordered from this location for dozens of lunches over the last three years, so there have been lots of opportunities for a stale crunchy taco or nachos made in rancid oil, and this place has never missed. 10/10.

I am pissed! I’ve been sitting in this line drive-through … burning my gas waiting for one order it doesn’t make any kind of sense. If you all do not have enough staff you all need to close at a certain time… food that’s mediocre at its best.
