Stopped in at about 11:30am for lunch and when I walked in the lobby, there was no associate at the register or the kitchen area. The manager was in the lobby on his laptop and didn’t even acknowledge me or tell me someone will be with me shortly. I waited about 5 minutes and I asked the manager is someone going to help me, he yelled to one of his associates to help me out. I ordered my food and left. I got served a hard Chalupa and didn’t get any meat on my cheesy gordita crunch! Terrible service and food. Such a waste of my money.

I recently came to this location on Feb 2. I had made my order on the online app. I made my order no cheese on any items. I opened my bag to the horrendous smell of cheese on my crunch wrap. As I called the store they did not answer. I been waiting a week on the taco bell app to get back to me on there help page to yet no avail. I just hope your food is right or your stuck paying for food that you can’t get ahold of any persons to help you refund or replace the order. If I could I would give 0 stars as that’s the service I’m given for using there app.

If we’re now paying $10 a person to eat at Taco Bell, you should be able to afford to pay employees enough to keep the lobby open. Wrong orders, skimpy portions, long waits, not even giving napkins in the drive through… Just go out of business so people stop giving you more chances. I know I’m done.

It is comical how horrible this location is. The last 3 times I have been, they have messed up my order and show no type of customer service or humility to the situation. They also must not know how to use the microphone or at least turn it off, because when you pull up to the menu you can hear them talking and laughing like a bunch of school girls. Who is the manager? You allow this everyday which is nuts.

On July 17 2023 I Tried ordering at the window nobody answered and we pulled up to the window and told them we tried ordering a burrito but no one is answering us and the guy told us to go around with an attitude mind you we were the only car and told him it’s just one burrito and he said I still need you to go around and order. I told him if I can speak to a manager and he said no I can’t . Never coming here again when they give you attitude.

I was sitting in the BOA ATM drive thru line when 3-4 Taco Bell employees exit the restaurant and huddle together against the building. They stood there vaping and smoking, with their heads on constant swivel, looking around suspiciously, eying up me and the other cars in the ATM line. So sorry, my apologies that my adjacent presence interrupted whatever they had going on there. I full stop do not care…but— it’s no wonder this restaurant is routinely closed during normal business hours. They’re rolling more than burritos here. Avoid at all cost.

Worst customer service, food was horrible messed up my order, when I asked for the manager guy comes to the drive through window and says I’m the manager and when I asked for his name he refused to give me his name saying “he doesn’t feel comfortable” giving me his name. bunch of clown works at this location!
