Didn’t go in, but my recent drive-through experience was good and satisfactory. The two employees I talked to were both very nice and patient (I had a couple stupid questions haha). There were a couple cars in front of me, but i still got through and got my food in around 5 minutes after i first ordered it. Food items were all well made and hot and tasty – ordered 5+ different items – and still got everything fast.

I ordered a box for 10$ NOT 5$ and they missed a whole item in the box due to bagging it instead of putting it in the proper box. The past 4 times I got food from here there has been messed up orders and I dont even ask for custom tacos/etc. Honestly out of 400 reviews with a 2 star rating this makes since. They need a new manager to manage this building correctly.

this place can be hit or miss. i love taco bell and will usually get a few tacos once a week. ive got to say it is definitely the slowest taco bell drive thru i have ever experienced, with wait times over 20 minutes with 3 people ahead of me and im ordering three tacos lol. one time i got there at 8:35 and they closed at 9. i was in line for 15 minutes behind some guy ordering maybe 50 items or something (which isnt taco bells fault) but then by the time he was done they said they werent taking any more orders. at 8:50 when they close at 9. so i never got my measely three tacos – it was a terrible experience. HOWEVER if theres no one in line and you get there they are super fast and do a better job on the tacos. attitudes from the cashiers vary; id say its a 70/30 happy to grumpy ratio. overall if youre craving taco bell, make a stop. id youre pressed for time and see 3 or more cars in line dont even bother.

Bathroom and tables go uncleaned. Staff needs customer service training (lose the eye-rolls for not paying attention). Perhaps you could put the phones away and take pride in your work?

8:30 on a Monday, not busy, yet we waited at the drive thru. We asked if we could order, met with silence. After the line was four cars deep,we pulled around to the front. Two employees with headsets on were in the parking lot talking to someone in a car. Guessing that’s why we weren’t greeted.

This place is horrible I ordered food and only live the min away and by the time I got home everything soggy and it’s too the point where you would have to eat it with a spoon so gross I personally will never order from this location again and when we ate in the drive their they were singing loudly I wouldn’t mind that if they got my order right and actually served food I could eat sorry not sorry and they won’t even answer the phone

Over the past eight years, this is the absolute worst Taco Bell in the United States of America. How this location is even still open or still even has a franchise license is beyond me! About three years ago, we used to order here about 3-4 times per week and we NEVER once received a single correct order (not even once) for 2-3 years straight. It’s usually half-baked Lockport High School kids (completely high) on drugs and they can’t even take an order (or see straight) or give you the correct order. The burritos and tacos have NO MEAT on them (less than 2 cents of meat on anything served here because the owner is cheap and the half-baked food preparers are terrible) and the food is always terrible at this location. This Taco Bell is extremely stingy and cheap with their meat and small tiny portion sizes, about 1/4 the size of other Taco Bells, and NEVER any meat! Just an empty taco shell with some old brown lettuce. If you ask for no lettuce on your taco, they give you a completely empty taco shell! No meat, no cheese, NOTHING! Every single time! Just an empty taco shell or an empty burrito shell with nothing in it.

I have not been to this taco bell in over a year due to bad experiences, however for some reason my fiance and I stopped there today. we were blown away as our food looked exactly like the picture in the advertisement and tasted fresh and delightful. nothing like what we were expecting. keep up the good work. this was the team working on Sunday April 10th at 12:30pm.
