Had a poor experience here with whomever was answering the phone. (Female) They wouldn’t even give us their name. We didn’t get what we ordered and their only solution was to call the delivery service. After 11 phone calls the manager finally answered and was able to rectify the problem and got a new item we didn’t get.

I will NEVER go back to Orland Hills Taco Bell! There was a sign on the door that said “the dining room was closed”. The door was NOT let me repeat NOT locked. This obnoxious, rude“, unkempt woman/I think, started yelling at my mother if we could read! She/I think said the dining room was closed. All we wanted to do was place an order and take our meal elsewhere. I know it’s difficult to find employees, with a sign that says work today get paid tomorrow. But if the inside was not to be entered, they should’ve locked the front door. The customer service was pathetic! No more Orland Hills Taco Bell for us ever.
