The worst Ive ever been to, which is saying a lot. The person taking my order got it wrong. A mistake, it happens, though frequently. When I brought it up, I was accused of not knowing my own order, refusing to acknowledge that they had just made a mistake, and took no accountability or action.

Don’t go inside if you don’t want to order from a kiosk. Don’t go inside if you need a special order or substitution… Someone who appeared to be a manager was extremely rude when customers in the dining room were asking questions. She specifically told the kind worker who was actually trying to help that “they will just have to wait or go through the drive thru”. Maybe they were short staffed, but even so, she didn’t have to be rude about it. If you are looking for a friendly customer interaction while dining in, go elsewhere.

I order Doritos loco taco supreme meal through the drive through. I park to eat and there’s no sour cream or tomatoes so I go back inside. No big deal, I just asked to have it fixed. They give me the most petty attitude bc I asked them to remake it. Why did they asked to give me sour cream and tomatoes on the side? ?? Because I “just left the drive through” – no I parked and opened my food now at this point it’s all cold. I asked to give them the food back and they remake it. They re made 1 taco and gave it to me (??crickets) , when I asked where’s the rest they act all confused and dumb and give a little petty Betty attitude. At that point I asked for refund but they just ignored me. The two girls working in there are so disrespectful it’s disgusting.

I ordered cinnabon ice coffee but an employee told me they only serve it during breakfast hours. Don’t go to this franchise. I suspect they just don’t want to put in the effort to brew the coffee that only takes them two minutes. Last time a nice employee did it for me during lunch hours. If the app allows me to order iced coffee and you charge me for ice coffee, isn’t it fair to expect what I paid for? They have in the past ignored and not honored the app mobile orders and exclusives. I’ve had better luck with the taco bell on 75th/Cass

This location never wants to run their night shift. They lie to customers about being under staffed. There are 5 crew members in the kitchen. I came thru at 1135pm. They never greeted the speaker, despite still being open for business. I was part of 4 cars lined up in drive thru. When they finally came to the window, FIVE people stood there telling me they are short handed. 20 years of Taco management and I ran closing shift with myself plus 2. There is no excuse for this laziness! Taco Bell corporate and franchisees should feel shame at the quality and state of the brand.

People hating too hard in the reviews. Sure I’ve been in faster drive thrus, but I’ve always had good customer service and the consistency in the food is just standard for fast food. True 1 star Taco Bell’s are the ones in Naperville, not this one.

Came yesterday, 7/9 and waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru. No one ever came to the speaker. I drove to the window and beeped. No one was there. The guy in front of me had received his food but then the workers disappeared. I attempted to go in the restaurant and the door was locked.

Never go there, they have the worst customer service. We ordered twice but we only got the one order and the employee on the desk told us that she gave the order in the bag of 1st order which was a lie bcoz we put the second order after getting the first order. And before this visit, we entered the store at 9:30 but they told us they are only open for drive thru.

Employees refuse to show any basic manners to customers like responding thank you when a customer says thank you for their service. Taco Bell should find a more professional type staff for this location.
