This Taco Bell location might be the worst I have ever been to in my life. On multiple occasions the food has been old and soggy, the order is messed up every single time whether it is the wrong item or plain and simply missing an item. The service is typically awful especially on the night shift. Tonight specifically I ordered a frozen Baja bast and they just gave me a regular soda, and when I bring it up to them they say well that’s not what you paid for. Is that really how your customer service is?? You messed up the order not me, you even read it back to me as a frozen Baja blast. On top of this I ordered a chips and cheese, nice and simple right? That’s what I thought until I reached my house and realized I got cheese and no chips. It was a simple 3 item order and two of them got messed up, that’s ridiculous. In all the fast food places I worked the customer always was treated well and got what they asked for whether we messed up the order or not because that’s how customer service is supposed to be. I am never returning again, no other Taco Bell has ever been this bad plain and simple.

Updating my review: this taco bell is so much better than the ones in the area (especially compared to the ones on 59/Aurora and 75th/Rickert). Friendly greetings at the drive thru speaker, and decent timing of food+correct orders. I know…. we’re talking about Taco Bell here. But this place has improved greatly over the past year and does lots of things right. Other places don’t at the moment. Thank you all for your hard work, both day and night staff- I hope you all are being fairly compensated!

I order Chicken Tacos the very first bite in the meat tasted BAD!!! I open the taco to smell it, the meat smelled BAD!!! I called the Store spoke with Zack explained I placed a large order all my food was good with the exception for the Chicken Tacos. I suggested he check the chicken it tasted horrible and smelled rotten. He said “well no one else complained so it’s fine.” I said I’m 100% telling you the meat is bad please check it before serving it to anyone else. He said “Well no one else complained so it’s fine, if anyone else complains I will check it”

This place used to be horrible. Out of food all the time horrible service. Turned off drive thru lights while people in line. But it has changed quite a bit and for the better. Maybe new management! So far so good

Comparing to other taco Bell’s, this one did a very good job. The only small oversight was there was stuff on the outside of the wrapper. This makes for difficult handling in the car.

Wow I have never had slower service. There were only 2 cars in front of me I’ve been in line well over 10 minutes. The guy at the window only spoke a few words to me asking me for $3.67. He literally did not say another word. No thank you, no sorry for the wait, nothing at all. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and an ice water. The quesadilla was burnt.

Where do I start. Restaurant was overall filthy. Sauce station was empty. Staff was unfriendly, and ignorant. It took 15 minutes to make a dine in Quesarito box. Which was complete trash. The tacos were less than half filled, and the Quesarito was literally a dried up tortilla with steak and sour cream in it. HOW DO YOU FORGET THE RICE…. Bathrooms were filthy. Tables were dirty, and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day. Whoever owns this franchise needs to have their restaurant revoked. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to.

This is one of the fastest and most accurate locations. When I get to the window they are READY. Special orders don’t seem to take extra time. The drive-thru line is generally short, because they are efficient. (Hey Bell, bring back Taco Salads!)
