The staff here is slacking and seemed like don’t care attitude. The staff literally ignored us for 10 mins and after I shouted “Hello” then one guy showed up and said that we have to use the Kiosk to order out food I mean like why waste our time in the first place? Like other reviewer said they should be paid per order incentives. Also the front door was locked to get in.

waited a very long time for the order. front door is closed. outgoing visitor let in. the employee said that it should be so with the doors. Waited 15 minutes for order. I will never come here again. The staff is in no rush at all. receive a per-per-mission fee, and they simply don’t care about the result of their work

With no other cars in line on a Saturday night at 9:45 pm we were charged $27.67 for our order which included up charges for chicken tacos and international given a wrong order. The manager on duty refused to give me a refund and hung up on me. I feel from the way the manager talked to me and treated us was racially motivated and completely disrespectful. I also feel with the frequently this occurs at this location the staff is stealing money or food. Corporate will be called. This is the absolutely worse Taco Bell and an embarrassment for a Naperville location.

Have been waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and still haven’t gotten to the ordering window. The line simply isn’t moving, the doors are locked to go inside the store before 9pm and the employees seem to just be standing around and looking out the windows. This is the problem when you franchise locations to big corporations. Worst experience ever, will never come back.

was in the drive thru for 50 minutes. 35 at the speaker and 15 at the window. they said they are taking one car at a time only. they also PLUG OUT their machine that displays their timing for each car so that their average stays low, probably so they don’t get in trouble with whoever runs this Rickert location. not to mention they also messed my order up which was pretty expected. L location.

Went through the drive thru for lunch, and forgot to order a drink at the speaker. When I got to the window I asked to add a large drink and was told I can’t add a drink at the window? Mind you, there was no one behind me so I was not holding anyone up, so I don’t understand how taking 10 seconds to add a drink and fill a cup is not allowed? That’s fine, if you don’t want my money I will take it elsewhere from now on.

45 minutes for 4 tacos is not fast food. If you want fast food go literally anywhere else. They weren’t busy but were in no hurry to make anyone’s food. I’ve seen bad service, but this was exceptionally bad. Order from a kiosk, get ignored at the counter trying to check on your order, I can’t come up with a good reason to excuse just how terribly slow they were. If I could have gotten someone to acknowledge me I’d have cancelled the order.

As of now, DO! NOT! visit this location. The inside is closed so even mobile orders have to go through drive thru. The staff are absolutely incompetent and do not care about you or your time. We waited over an hour to pick up a mobile order!!! Do not come here unless there is no line.
