They had us pull to the front to wait for our food. We sat for 20 minutes. There was barely any meat on our supposed to be crunchy tacos. They were complete mush and broke apart and so much grease was dripping from the wrapper there was a bunch of ripped up napkins in the bag. It was disgusting.

Never get the orders right, take waaaayyy too long to even get the orders. Like it’s so not worth waiting forever just to get your order wrong. Sometimes the food isn’t even good like the chicken is always either overcooked or undercooked. Horrible place.

Great crew on staff tonight. Our order was overcharged but management refunded and fixed, no big deal. The guy who messed up the order came out from the back to apologize again, not necessary but appreciated. All the crew is friendly and hard working. Good job guys!

Waited a few minutes to order inside, ordered….waited. Watched four customers, all who had their orders incorrect and fixed. Other customers who ordered after me were given their orders (mine was a single order) and others who were waiting clearly annoyed. I waited for 25 minutes. Finally got the attention of one worker, who got a manager, made some excuse said sorry, gave me a refund as I never received my food, as I didn’t want to wait any longer as they clearly could care less. I have been to this place a few times in the past ten years, service is never great, but today was the worst.
