These people are disgusting. Also I had to give my order FIVE TIMES to the guy. Perhaps I’m confused, but isn’t it ME who’s supposed to be high AF at Taco Bell, not the employees. And they gave me all disgusting, leaking and leaked on sauce packets. And these people sit and wonder why they work at Taco Bell, it’s because they have no respect for themselves or others. Taco bell at this location will not take your order at the counter. I walked up to the counter and the manager told me I had to use the kiosk to order. When I asked why he couldn’t take my order, he repeated for me to use the kiosk. When I said if your not going to take my order I’ll go somewhere else. He turned his back on me. This place has gotten lazy and rude. Go next store to McDonald’s, they greet you and appreciate your business.

Just went came from the drive through and the heavy female at the window gave me and my boyfriend the nastiest attitude when trying to order a drink at the window. We didnt know we couldnt add to the order but we definately shouldnt have been raised a voice at. Do better.

If I could give this taco bell 0 stars, i wouId! I ordered a deluxe chicken chalupa box and everything was cold from the get go. By cold I mean they didn’t microwave it and not even the cheese for the nacho chips. The chalupa was hard and cold and so was the taco and burrito. Also, I didn’t get any sauce with my order. You world figure for a brand new establishment they would have tried to do better but no! Also, the lady who took my order kept asking me if that was it (very rude customer service) when I asked about the boxes they had and hadn’t even taken my order yet. Avoid this taco bell, I tried looking for their # to call but that’s not even on Google yet.
