I returned because I had a previous problem with my food quality being poor. I called and the manager told me to come back in to replace my meal. I was told to just mention her name, and they would take care of the replacement. I pulled up to the drive thru and had trouble remembering the managers name, it was written down on my fridge at home. I knew it started with an “A”. They wouldn’t accept that. They said there was no manager with a name beginning with “A” ,so I called home to get the name. In fact it did begin with “A”. I then began to tell them my replacement order, and I was ridiculed because I mentioned an item that was only available as of the day before. How was I supposed to remember my order for a family of 4 from 2 weeks ago. They were totally rude about it. And when I eventually got my replacement meal, it was barely warm, sloppy, and tasted horrible. I’m writing this review because I think there should be a different system for replacement meals. It should be recorded so the person doesn’t get ridiculed for saying the wrong thing. And it should be ensured and checked by the manager to guarantee that it’s better this time. I used to go to this location because I appreciated the manners of the employees. It seemed like they only hired top notch people that were respectful. I told everyone about this. But, this visit changed everything for me. I will not go back. And, I will make sure to tell those same people I bragged to, about this experience. It’s too bad.

The women Black managers always treat me good when I come in there weather I’m buying or not? The Black woman without out the glasses on is the best Manager you could have working for you ….she needs a Raise in salary….I will always eat at this Taco Bell.

Had a horrible experience here around 10:30pm. Staff was just straight up rude. We were acted as if we were an inconvenience for ordering food. Tried saying hello at the window, was ignored. After being handed the food I said have a good night, worker said nothing just slammed the window shut. Never coming back here again

Whenever I ask for light jalapeño sauce, the cashier loves to correct me and say easy sauce. Regardless, they can hear my order clearly, I’ve had strokes and I’m older. No matter which Taco Bell in the area I go, they make the same mistake. If I ask for it on the side only, I always still get sauce on the cheesy rice burrito. Thay never make it right.

Drive thru was closed at 11:00 pm so I had to drive around and park. I asked for black bean substitute for meat but was given refried beans instead. Had to go back in and wait for it to be remade. The whole exchange took over 20 minutes until I could be on my way.
