Terrible I spend $15 on food to get $4 worth. At least my son liked the taco because he’s the only one eating. This place really needs to pay attention cause it’s quite ridiculous that you can mess up such an easy order. Did I mention I was the only one in drive thru and no one inside so can’t say they were busy.

I pulled in the drive thru to order. My girlfriend was driving (she is white) i am black. She ordered her food fresh and he (Mark D – name on receipt) told her sure it will be 4 minutes for fresh potatoes. I then ordered my chalupa and nacho fries. i asked for mine fresh as well and he (Mark) told me that he couldnt make mine fresh because it was as fresh as it was going to be. We then were parked and waited and my girlfriend food was hot and fresh while my chalupa was rock hard and the fries were old cold and soggy. this was at 1:20 am. We drove back around and he told us they were closed and wouldnt give me my money back. At this point I have never experienced such racism also they are always smoking weed outside when you pull in the parking lot they all run inside. I hope someone reaches out to me about this because i want my money back.

The vibe here started off “nice nasty”. I suppose the nasty part stem from me utilizing my T-Mobile Tuesday free drink that I ordered through the app. My husband explained the entire detail about the T-Mobile Tuesday app. and the cashier still stood in front of us looking as if we were exhibits at a museum. Her response was “fine, I’ll give you that”, my husband showed her the bill and entire transaction on my phone..

Food is absolutely disgusting. Always cold and/or wrong, nasty green fingerprints due to employees either not washing hands or changing gloves, i order chicken on my burritos and almost every time can tell they accidentally put beef on it due to the residue left behind. Horribly made food as well with stale chalupa shells. Worst fast food place i’ve ever been to. GO TO THE ONE BY THE MALL AND SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND PAIN.

I just moved on this side of town, but every time i ordered from the app (3) they have missed stuff on order or failed to remove items. It is fustrating because everytime i order from Riverside it is right. One time i waited so long for the wrong order they gave me an expired coupon. Done ordering from here.
