Okay I’m giving service a 3 star only because it did take forever to get my food (over 10 mins which is long for fast food) when I did get the food it was not made properly – they said they ran out of wax paper and therefore it all stuck to the wrapper and looked like mush.

Drive-thru order…The quality of the food was great, but the person working was rude when I ordered. When I drove up to the window, she was more rude. We ordered two chicken quesadillas and six soft tacos and received the two chicken quesadillas and two hard tacos. Screw Taco Bell for ripping off their customers

The ladies here were so kind, we came from Texas and Tennessee where they were not so nice… But here at this TB wow! Super sweet n fun! They made us 4 feel as if we were at home, laughing and just had a great time!

The worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Waited over 30 minutes for an order for 2 people while the the entire restaurant had maybe 5 people in it. Do not recommend. Going to a sit down restaurant would have been faster.

My fiancé and I come here all the time because it’s close to home and work and any time of day we come, the service is also always great and the staff is very friendly. The food is also always great, we really only order on the app and make changes to our orders (mostly me because I have some food sensitivities) and our orders have always been correct no matter how many changes we make.

I took my grandkids to taco bell on 6-1-2023. The lady behind the counter that took our order was the most friendliness person I’ve come had wait on me . Then the lady that called out our name for the order was just as friendly. Theses women were a joy to talk to. Another thing the restaurant was very clean. 10 stars to the taco bell on Springfield Avenue in Champaign il.

Champaign / Urbana Taco Bells are consistently charging a way higher price for the cravings boxes / other menu items when compared to all surrounding taco bells in the area. I have decided to not eat at the taco bells in this area until they stop taking advantage of the already broke college students on campus
