This is the worst taco bell I’ve ever had. I’ve been to this location many times and it just gets consistently worse. The chips taste toxic. Like literal chemicals every time. So do the beans. The burritos are dry missing items and basically look like they were rolled by a racoon. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. It’s inedible.

Went here for lunch ask for the 5 dollar trio meal. Wanted just meat and cheese on my crunch wrap and I guess they heard no meat cuz I didn’t get nothing but a spoon full. It’s really aggravating when I’m on break for work and can’t come back. No one answered phone. And I waited 6 minutes for my food.

I never realized fast food could be THIS bad!! I ordered cinnamon twists, a cheese roll up & potato roll. Everything was cold & crusty hard. The twists literally were day old-she told me! No exaggeration, I’ve literally NEVER had something that nasty in my mouth. I was substituted 2,-TWO cinnamon bons? They “remade” the others & the potato was still cold! The “friendly”( ) associate left a couple free taco coupons in my bag, for me to throw away though! I wouldn’t borrow a dog to take him to this Taco H*ll!

We eat at Taco Bells fairly regularly. I like Taco Bell I think it’s good food for a reasonable price , but this store in Alton is the worst I’ve ever been to. I pretty much can eat anything but we both felt sick shortly after we ate . The food was just kinda thrown together and just didn’t seem right but we were hungry so we won’t be stopping at Taco Bell in Alton again.

Went to the drive thru speaker and set there for five minutes with no response. Final this guys named Rodney gets on the speaker and say give me 10 minutes and I can take your order. (This is a fast food restaurant why do I have to what 10 minutes to order) he says it’s because he doesn’t have any food ready he is waiting for it come up then wants me to get out off line (when their is 4 cars behind me) cause he is worried about his time. This doesn’t make sense to me this is a fast food restaurant and u telling somebody that u can’t take they order because they had a rush and u trying to make more products…… in 20 minutes ur closing lets just say I wanted ten minutes and then u tell me u close. Poor customer service will never come back

Dining room was dirty, they messed up our order twice, and had to fix it. Wouldn’t have noticed the dining room if they hadn’t messed up our order twice, and then we ended up with 4 extra burritos that no one could eat. Gave them to a very grateful homeless person. Probably not going back, but who knows? The only Taco Bell good in the area is in Wood River.
