Went thru the drive thru. Each time lately, it takes longer & longer to order and receive your phone. Tonight it took 28 minutes, ridiculous. Unfortunately the way the drive thru is set up, once you get into it, you can’t get out. No apology nor excuse was given at the window. Lack of care to be specific. Trash was on the floor could be seen through the window. I tried eating one of the three items I got, and it tasted odd. I didn’t finish the remaining items. I won’t be back.

Walked into this Taco Bell & was never greeted by any employee. Ordered on a tablet, because the staff wasn’t at the registers. Our food came quickly. We got it to-go. We ordered a lot too and our order was correct. It was good too. They didn’t forget anything. Just a smile or a “Hello” would be nice next time!

What is really sad is i have heard this was a good taco bell to come to. Please, i want to know why my food was as cold as my beverage. Why is taco bell so bad now? I ordered literally a deluxe cracings box, large baja blast and 2 simple tacos! How is it my beverage was as cold? Please tell me how this happens! The store was busy! Thats normally when they are cooking. My sister comes here and talks about how much better this location is from the one on route 3 across from circle k in east alton. Is this place being managed by the same people? Please tell me again just how when i had to wait 20 minutes in line before i could make my order how my food is cold as the beverage? I just got home i ordered my food and i will be demanding my money back in the morning. If anyone is coming to Alton for any reason and looking for a quick grab. No taco bell location from Alton to Granite City is worth the wait, time and hassel! I absolutely demand my money back. Also this was my first time at this specific location and turns out ive been duped into thinking this was the better of the 2. At least east alton would put the food in the microwave.

Didn’t get one of my items through the drive through. The drive through was backed up with 10 cars in it, so I proceeded to the front entrance. As I did a male locked the door on me and another lady 10 min before the lobby was to close. I called and asked if they could run out the item that was forgotten and the lady on the phone told me yes she will run it out to me. 15 min went by, nothing. So I left. Absolutely atrocious, literally the past 3 times I went here they forgot something. I won’t be back again, worst Taco Bell in a 50 mile radius

My wife and I go to this Taco Bell because it’s so close to our house but our order is never right. It’s always something is made wrong or is missing from the order. Tonight before we left I checked to make sure everything was in the bag which it was. I knew something was going to be made wrong due to the fact everything was in the bag. Last time I ordered two chicken Chipotle melts and got one and have an issue EVERY time without fail. Tonight, got home and my wife unpacks the food and I simply asked for no lettuce on my taco and they literally only put cheese and meat on it. I’m pretty livid about the experience I’ve had here time and time again . Won’t be going to this Taco Bell anymore and will drive a little farther to have our food done right. I will also be leaving a bad review through the receipt survey.

Friendly staff. Drive thru and parking lot are kind of awkward, which may dissuade you if several cars are in line to the road. Quality of the food is generally good compared to other Taco Bells in the area.
