I went to the Taco Bell in Cahokia Heights, IL, 8/14/23. There were only 2 young people working. I must say although there were only 2 and they had customers in the drive thru and dining room. They both provided excellent service. Those 2 young persons deserve a raise and much recognition. I was so impressed that I plan to give them both a token of appreciation.

Taco bell in cahokia IL just straight up ghetto. My soft shell was hard and the chicken wast hard and cold. The rest of my food was cold too. The guy handed me my food last night at the curbside door with no type of friendly costumer service. It was just a negative experience. Please please black folks learn to be friendly and put a smile on ya face. People already look down on us we don’t have to keep giving them reasons to look down on us. Trust me a smile goes a long way. Managers please train your employees to be kind and to service quality food. My food was cold and hard. Not happy at all and will not be eating here again.

Disgusting food and horrible customer service. I ordered a fiesta veggie burrito with no guacamole. I got a burrito with guacamole and had SNOT on it! Was missing quesadilla sauce, sour cream, and red strips. Went back trough the drive thru to get a refund. The girl rolled her eyes then shut the window. A “manager in training” told me she didn’t know how to do a refund and offered a remake. She said it wasn’t snot, that the black beans are normally like that. I agreed to a remake with no beans. I asked that it be made with correct ingredients to which she told me it doesn’t come w/ sour cream. The 3rd photo was the remake. Nacho cheese and lettuce and missing sour cream, shredded cheese, and red strips? Inedible. I called the store to speak to a manager who was very rude who stated I have to drive back to the store and maybe the GM could give me a refund. Gas is $4 a gallon, I’m not driving all the way there for $2. They never apologized, didn’t ask for my phone number, didn’t offer a gift card, nothing but attitude. I filed a complaint online but never heard back from them either.

Pulled up to the drive through just before 5pm on 7/12 and was told I had to come inside and place my order at a kiosk.. went next door to White Castle because I have a sleeping child and my dog in the car.

Its good if you like waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru for food you didn’t order. And there was no one else even in the drive thru. It’s a Mexican pizza and a taco, you guys. Life is just not that hard.

I don’t even know where to begin. If you decide to go, hopefully it’s not a line wrapped around the place because if it is be ready to sit for a while. Most of the time it’s dark on the inside and out and unless you know it’s open you can’t tell. The food? Horrible. I love the Cheesy Gordita Crunches but when I came to this particular location, I kid you not, I had more lettuce and than meat and cheese combined. It’s like they’re told that if the give customers a decent amount of cheese it comes out of their check. The Gordita was hardly cooked and had the flavor of whatever chemicals they used to clean the grill. After one bite I was disgusted. I checked my other one and same thing. You could hardly see cheese but enough lettuce to feed a colony of rabbits. Shady with the meat also. I had to peel layers of lettuce off just to find the meat. This place is a joke. Never coming here again.
