I’ll never come to this Taco Bell ever again. This Taco Bell used to be the best out of the area’s Taco Bells. Tonight we ordered $40 worth worth of food from the kiosk. The two workers that were preparing our food kept looking at us then back to each other then snicker & smirk. This made me very uncomfortable in suspicious that maybe they did something to our food. We gave them the benefit of the doub though, and I wish I wouldn’t have). Part of my order included two orders of nacho fries which were inedible (see pic). We also had a nacho Bell grande and some tacos which my children ate. Both my children ended up throwing up and neither was sick before eating the food. I will be requesting a full refund tomorrow.

This store is a joke. I show up for a mobile order 15 min late and it’s still not ready. Had to wait an extra 10 min after that. Then they give me the wrong order and forget my drink. And when I tell them, the girl from the front says “what’s he want now”. Then they give me this sorry excuse for a Crunchwrap supreme!! And there’s no way to get your money back. This place needs to shut down and start over with people that actually care! Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

Been here five times because it is close to my house. How they get the order wrong 4 out of 5 times is beyond my understanding. The next closest store is 2 miles. From now on I am going out of my way to the other store. I have never seen such incompetence.

Of three tacos, only one was decent. I’ve included pics. These people don’t even try. If I had opened them prior to getting home, I’d have asked for my money back. They looked two-thirds eaten already. Only one had tomatoes (a few meager bits). TERRIBLE!!

I mean, it’s Taco Bell. but it is a pretty good one compared to others. I don’t think I have ever had a problem at this location, so if you’re interested in satisfying that weird taco bell craving you have, you can stop into this one with no problems.

All soft tacos were hard and atleast 2 days, old chicken Chipotle melt was cold and broke in half like someone pulled it out of the fridge and stepped on it. Baja blast (the only reason to go to taco bell anymore) was watered down

July 2023 visit. Cars pulling in, then leaving. Ordering was taking entirely too long. They miss out on so much business due to people leaving after getting tired of waiting. It’s been this way for a few years.

Went in to place a order. Cashier welcomed us and said we do our orders on the order thing they got set up. Started putting my order in and said you know what…it’s been a long day. I’m going someplace where they still manually take the orders. Lol so we left and went and spent that money at another restaurant. Ain’t nobody got time to be touching on no germ filled tablet trying to find everything they wanna order. When an employee can do it quicker and more precisely.

The service at this taco bell SUCKS with big attitude order supreme tacos we opened the taco and no meat in three of them no sour cream wouldn’t let us oder from the counter cash only (who carry cash) 5 people working and no one willing to help you had to use kiosk to pay with credit when clearly credit machine next to register I was asked if I wanted to order we replied yes and was told GO TO the kiosk! Why asked if I need help? Customer service was astronomically poor! And food of super bad quality.
