Ordered online and almost all the food wasn’t prepared correctly. Crunchwraps were flat with little to no filling, burritos were more bread than burrito, soft tacos were open in the bag, and manager was snobby as all hell. Chester Taco Bell by the way.

Can’t even stay open until the advertised time. Maybe instead of sitting in your vehicles until closing time sit in the restaurant until you’re supposed to close.

Night shift is great customer service wise but for the fact of wanted your food customized, you will get exactly what you tell them not to put on it (sour cream). Never once have I had an issue during the day but I get off work and order it has been persistent for about a month now every single time after I’d say 8pm I’ve went I have this issue.

A side of rice used to be $0.25. I just ordered a side of rice it was $1.69 before taxes. There is only about 2 tablespoons of rice and a side….. A side of rice used to be an affordable option for my children now did that’s really ridiculous I would need to order 4 or 5 rice just to feed my toddler…. It would end up costing me $10 absolutely outrageous

The food we received was hot. However, check your order before you leave the drive through. Especially if you drive a ways to get there. We didn’t and discovered at the S’ville T that they left out one person’s entire order though I repeated it twice. Guess me made a 5 dollar donation. Would not recommend.

I don’t know why I gave this place another chance. You might get to order at the drive thru, but it won’t be the food that you ordered. I ordered a steak chalupa supreme, paid for steak, and yet again only got the regular taco meat. Now I understand the lack of customers, everyone else is tired of this happening to them too.

Staff is always friendly. But 3 stars for how nasty the lobby is at 11am on a Monday. I was the only customer in the lobby and not one person came it to check tables the floors tables and benches were so gross. For how new the location is I’d expect a lot more cleanliness.
