The place was absolutely filthy. The floor was covered in nasty leaking water around the trash cans and fountain area. The trash itself was completely over flowing. None and I mean NONE of the tables were clean. We had to use a napkin and water from the fountain machine just to have a somewhat clean table. The floors looked like they had not been swept or mopped at all. Honestly, it had a weird smell when you walked in too. I can only imagine if the dinning room looked like that what does the kitchen look like? We stood in line for quite awhile before we even got waited on. When we got our food we were missing part of it! The thing about it is we were there at 3:00 and it was us and one other table. Just overall not good at all.

They’ve been doing us dirty lately. Every food item we ordered tonight was messed up and for some reason everything had jalapeños. I was okay with picking them off, but our 8yo wasn’t too happy. They were fast, I’ll give them that though. Last time we went, we just got 2 baja blasts and the lady had a nasty tone. She had such an attitude that she snatched the money rudely and dang near slammed the drinks into my boyfriend’s hands. We’re always polite and keep a friendly tone because we know how much customers can suck. Please don’t take your bad day out on neutral customers. It hurts us too.

This place is a pig sty staff is not trained to do their jobs. Floors are covered in food. The inside smells. Cash register’s not working. The worst Taco Bell ever. Hot garbage would be more appealing.

I deliver food at the moment , and I have to say that the night staff which usually consists of the trio of Akiira, Jacob, and Stan really do an amazing job of keeping a good attitude while also doing their job mistake free.

I can’t give anything past one star. I would give zero if I could. Could barley hear to talk to my wife sitting at the table because they had some type of speaker behind the counter playing extremely vulgar music. F words, B words, everything you can imagine. And when I say loud I mean like subwoofer in a trunk loud. Craziest thing I’ve ever seen in a fast food place. Families got up and left with their kids. If there was a manager on duty, they should be fired. A couple of the other employees looked embarrassed. I felt bad for them. I was shocked. Won’t be back.

Absolutely filthy. Customer service was nonexistent. Kiosks don’t work or shut down when you use them. Staff acts like it’s an inconvenience to help you. Worse taco bell experience ever!!!

What’s happened to this place, it’s falling apart. Filthy bathrooms, poor service, out of ground beef & other options, napkins were like ones you get from bathroom dispenser, dining room was nasty & staff seem totally checked out, don’t care. I feel like it has something to do with upper management as it wasn’t just one employee, it was the majority. Apparently, according to other reviews, it’s been going on for some time and upper management is doing nothing about it. Too bad for Quincy as Taco Bell used to be many residents’ favorite.

If you’re looking for the worst Taco Bell in America stop here. Nasty leaking water all over the floor. Food thrown in the bag. The nacho cheese coated everything. The people behind the counter so rude. They didn’t even want to give me the drinks I paid for. Wow. Just wow.
