I never write reviews, but this place has inspired me to. It genuinely sucks. Every single time I go here I end up sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, even if I’m the only car in line. They mess my order up EVERY time and I only get half of what I paid for (if I’m lucky), and all of the workers are rude. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. STAY AWAY!!

The place is great as long as you only want half of the food you paid for. Every time I go there I have to end up turning around to come back for the rest of my order or just staying at the window while I check the bag. It’s ridiculous.

This is the second mess up in 15 minutes. I ordered a few fiesta bowls that were to be no cheese or sour cream. I’m lactose intolerant so this was definitely not for me. Very dissatisfied when manager answered the phone. He acted as of he didn’t care. Will be contacting higher employees to fix this.
