We used to go to this Taco Bell nearly once a week! This location(Mt. Zion, IL) has gone so far downhill. 9 times out of 10, we’re missing food/incorrect food is given to us, the food is cold or it just tastes terrible. The people working the drive-thru are incredibly rude, especially if you have to go into the store to get missing food. We love Taco Bell’s food, but we have decreased our ordering due to this specific location. Please, hire some employees who a) want to work or b) know how to do their job/are trauned properly.

Terrible service, I ordered food and was given the wrong order so it was replaced. I processeded home and realized it was still the wrong order, when I called they were rude as he**! All I wanted was the food I ordered with was a simple soft taco and a chulupa. I will never order here again.

I had been seeing commercials for the double steak, double cheese grilled cheese burrito. I got the cravings box. Couldn’t wait to try it. Extremely disappointed! What LITTLE meat was in the burrito was mushy and nothing like steak. Mostly cheese and rice. The other tacos were so-so. 1 hour after eating I became violently ill! Projectile vomiting for 3 hours!!! It’s ruined me for Taco Bell for the rest of my life!!! And any friend or group I’m in I’ll be sure to convince everyone to eat McDonald’s or something else! Do not eat at this location at least, for your own sake!! Unless you’re a gambling person and don’t mind food poison!! I’m getting sick just talking about it.

Ordered online through my app and they forgot half of our food and the other half was a joke. The store did make it right today by replacing the food and giving us a card for a free combo but it will be awhile before we are back. Pictured here is supposed to be a spicy potato soft taco. There’s not even any lettuce.
