This location is awful. Anytime I decide to take a chance they show me why I prefer to go to other locations. They constantly mess up orders and they prepare food sloppy, like they don’t even care. I feel like I waste my money every time I go to this location. Nobody wants food prepared like they prepare food, it’s disgusting. Taco Bell should hire staff that care. They get paid way to much for this type of bull.

I always get the box or whatever the exclusive new items are for their quarter. Friendly staff, well maintained atmosphere. Definitely one of the better taco bells I’ve been to in Illinois and the best one in Springfield by far.

I normally don’t have any issues with this location but tonight was the exception. My taco was just laying open in the bag. The wrapper was in the bag but like it was thrown in as an afterthought. No napkins in the bag and the chicken quesadilla was barely cut.
