I’d give zero if I could. Horrible customer service, workers to busy talking to each other to help customers. Very trashy looking store, bucket of sanitizer sitting on counter right where serving food, several drinks didn’t have labels showing what they were and when asked for sweet tea one worker complained to other worker that they aren’t supposed to get customers drink, but no sweet tea in lobby(or maybe it was one missing a label. One positive was when getting a refill on tea the lady was much nicer. But horrible attitude with the others. Food was extremely greasy and messy but edible. But service was the worst I’ve ever a had.

My burrito supreme /taco was very good, plenty meat / ingredients. Taco was good to. My friend had Doritos tacos, which were excellent. Nachos need an upgrade ( better quality) I’ve never had a bad meal here. Had to wait a little longer for sit down meal. I like that it’s clean. Sauce bar fully stocked.

We eat out a lot due to working and enjoy taco bell but this is the worst. It took almost 40 minutes to get our food and then when I order a beef burrito supreme I expect beef on it not just cheese lettuce and a sauce and we had 2 of those and a nacho supreme which was missing the beef and 6 tacos missing beef now I understand sometimes you might run out but then don’t sell it. Would have took it back but inside was closed and we already waited so long for our order I did not want to sit in the drive thru any longer it was last and we wanted to get to our destination definitely would warn people to avoid this taco bell

Charged for large drinks , got med. Would not refund. Out of large cups. Ordered supreme soft tacos, got plain soft tacos. Woman working counter was rude to everyone. 1/2 hour to get our order. Lots of customers waiting. Workers not caring.

Ordered 3 soft tacos and 2 chips and cheese. Oh, and a Baja Blast Freeze, but of course, that flavor was not working, which is just unbelievable that that particular flavor is always broken at every location across the US. I am giving 2 stars because the employee was friendly. But I paid $1.89/ea for the chips, and they literally smelled horrible and one bag only had a few crumbs! The amount of chips we got all together should have been one serving worth. We should have taken Jeff’s advice and gone across town to 10th St, but their rating is only a 3.7. Just pitiful.

If y’all are thinking of eating Taco Bell late PLEASE save your time and go to the one on 10th street it’s crazy the amount of food they have not available but for some reason 10th street Taco Bell has em all and this isn’t just a one time thing
