I ordered 4 grilled chicken chipotle burritos and they didnt put the chipotle on them very dry and it’s not the first time they have done this or even left things out of the bag and we ordered chicken on a different burrito before and they put beef on it please have a talk with the workers about these issues it’s very disappointing

Food is never made correctly and is generally cold every single time I get something from Salem Taco Bell and when food is rushed out the window and rushing to make it my beefy melt burritos generally only have literally 5 chips on them and only half the serving of meat and when I ask for the proper amount of meat on them they try to make me pay for extra meat when I shouldn’t have to even ask for the proper amounts on my food when they are supposed to be TRAINED employees!!

My experience here has been better than it has been in the past. I’ve gone in here a few times recently. Service has been hit or miss. The last time I was waiting for probably 10 minutes. The time before was pretty quick. I will say this the workers have done a good job on my food and it hasn’t been like in the past where I seen orders getting messed up a lot. So I can’t really complain too much about the Salem Taco Bell.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. DO NOT STOP HERE. Customer service was horrible. I have never in my life felt racially discriminated, but definitely felt this from all staff members. We were waiting inside for 30 minutes, and several people after us received their orders. We ended up asking for a refund, but weren’t able to get refunded because a manager wasn’t there. Very disappointed.

We always get the same thing, grilled chicken burrito and Fiesta burrito, sometimes the nacho fries. Today we got a surprise with cold everything. As well as ingredients that definitely don’t belong. The grilled chicken had guacamole, never had it on their before, and the Fiesta had nacho fries and no guacamole. That’s not even an issue. When I called they pretty much in a short version told me I was wrong, and that they come like that and didn’t want to fix the problem. I honestly still will eat here considering this is the only problem. I have had with this taco bell. Hopefully I won’t get the same people.

The last 3 times my husband and I have come here it’s been a huge disappointment. Whoever is running this taco bell now needs retrained. We typically get some basic items like the chicken quesadilla… everytime we have gotten it there’s been a problem with portions and it’s never cut properly. Everyone knows that a quesadilla should be in four triangles – how is that so hard to understand? The last time we got it it looked like it had been punched and crumbled up in the wrapper no joke. We’ve always loved taco bell but we will no longer be coming to this location until things are different. This is a disgrace to what taco bell should be. If I could give 0 stars I would, given it multiple chances and disappointed every time.

They don’t know how to make certain things correctly. For example, a soft taco supreme is supposed to come with tomatoes and sour cream, yet they always forget it.
