One simple thing…that’s all they had to do. A 6 pack of hard shell tacos through the drive thru. Easy order, right? The tacos were only loosly half wrapped, put into the paper bag upside down, so by the time I drove home a mile away the taco’s had now become a big taco salad soaking (and leaking!) through the bottom of the paper bag, dripping everywhere, broken shell pieces soggy and mingling in the midst of all the meat, cheese and lettuce looking sad and miserable. To top it all off, they couldnt even give me the right taco sauce.

Horrible workers ordered a chicken protein bowl and this what I got yep came exactly like this. Being that I’m on lunch I’ve called and called it’s been 1 hour phone line is busy.. And to insult to injury since my food was a mess the chips to the nacho and cheese I ordered was not even in the bag.. shame on you all kfc tacobell

So I went to Taco Bell yesterday they service is horrible what you ask for they do not give you and then when you try to bring it back they are upset and mad almost didn’t want to get anything else from them so when I did fix my food again let me show you what I got My burrito which I did not want didn’t have really no meat in it mostly refried beans no cheese barely any lettuce and my Chalupa taste like dish detergent And I tried to give no stars but it won’t let me post it unless I give it one believe me I didn’t want to give that star take it away please

The food was made correctly, it was pretty good, it was hot, and it was ready to be eaten. The server was nice and friendly. I was kinda curious why they asked us to pull to the side of the building when there wasn’t anyone in the line, but the food came out to us fast.
