They did not have beef at a taco bell. Nor did they have Baja blast. At 5:30 on a Monday. Service explained but did not give me a discount for getting a different meat type. I previously pulled up to this establishment wanting food and they were closing the taco bell early while only accepting exact cash. I will not be going back to this establishment.

Ordered the Mexican Pizza/Taco combo but with soft tortilla. Ice machine wasn’t working, finally got them to get me ice… went to get the strawberry melon tea, water. Poured it out, didn’t bother trying to get more ice… tried the root beer, dirty brown and no carbonation. Got the food, sat down and the tacos were rolled like a burrito but the ends open and messy. The sauce in the burritos and Mexican Pizza so was watery that the crunchy portion of the pizza was soggy and burnt at the same time. I will never eat here again.

No gravy this time. Every other time I dont get the cookie. I order the famous bowl meal every time I come here and always get very little gravy and no cookie. This time there is no gravy at all. Train your employees on how to read.

Don’t waste your drive! They wouldn’t even serve us. Closed at a 6pm (maybe sooner) on a Thursday…. What happened to 11?? Probably sitting inside doing nothing and raking in their check. I’ll be trying to contact corporate.

This place has gone completely down the toilet. Probably the new owner. Food always tastes like it was made weeks ago. They could make it fresh and it still tastes like dirt and that’s if you’re lucky enough to get your order. Last time I was here I got moldy softshells and didn’t get my half my order and waited around 20-25 minutes for new food and got the wrong order (like how??) and I was the only person in the drive thru. Only this location.

There Were two cars ahead of us in the drive-through. Waited approximately 10 minutes for our food. This wasn’t a issue. Upon inspection while driving away we found that our order was not correct. We were missing two regular tacos and one supreme taco. Explained this to the drive-through after circling around. We were then instructed to pull ahead, where we waited. And waited. And waited. All in all, this Taco Bell excursion took 32 minutes, and the food still was not correct upon receipt. We did not have any more time to mess with the clearly incompetent and unprofessional staff as we have a schedule to keep. I worked in a Taco Bell in high school. I understand that it can be a fast-paced and demanding job at times. I also understand that it would’ve took me approximately 35 seconds to make the tacos that we waited 20 minutes extra for. If I would’ve messed up, I would have tried to make it up to the customer, Not speak to them as if they are some sort of burden. I do not recommend this establishment.
