Not going to this location anymore. There’s a black working there, that likes to assert her dominance, by making you repeat your order multiple times unnecessarily, and will not complete your order until she feels like you’ve waited a long enough period of time. This sounds crazy I know. But it’s true. Every time I go there and her majesty is working the drive thru, the experience is always the same.

We have basically just started pretending this taco bell isn’t there. Last few times have had everyone pull around the building and then bring out orders randomly calling out possible food items in the bag. Nothing wrong with the food once we got it, but the wait isn’t really worth it

I was in drive thru for 12 minutes one car in front of me with $14.00 order. I was told hold, after 12 minutes I drove off they never took my order this is third time in 2 weeks, time to close this one down. I called to complain they were laughing manager tiffany.

Literally just don’t order from here. No one answering the phone to see that they messed up an order. No cares given. As a food service worker this is just beyond messed up. My quesadilla had no cheese at all. The modified nachos didn’t have the meat that we payed extra for.

Here’s the “taco supremes” we just brought home. Absolutely shameful. They were completely flat. There was about a tablespoon worth of meat (no exaggeration). A few hard pieces of lettuce and a blob of sour cream….which was all in one place. The tablespoon worth of meat didnt even touch half of the taco shell. They could have at least stretched it out. The Pepsi was satisfying though. What a waste of money. I will never go back. Side note- it was 2 hours before close, and there wasn’t a sole in sight. It wasn’t closing time with a packed line of people. Poor service, and that’s being generous. Order #373650 if management cares.
