Absolute worst customer service! Somehow always out of some kind of drink! You can stand at the counter, and nobody even recognize as you’re there!? Playing on their cell phones, not attending to customers. There’s no accommodation at all when your order is messed up or they gave it out the window to someone else….? no sorry, no nothing? At the store managers reading this, you should be working night shifts a few times a week to manage the employees you do have. It’s pretty pathetic.

Drive thru is usually loaded up around the building yet they are fairly fast most nights. Orders are you usually right if not they make it right if you come right back in or if you come in the next time and just let him know never had a problem if something was wrong. Always been a clean place as far as I can remember eating there off and on I’d say for 25-30 years can’t recall the problem maybe a wrong item maybe occasional tortilla crispy dry Edge when it’s supposed to be a burrito and not a taco probably had to run on burritos and was all they had I’m sure that said I would recommend Taco Bell highly if you like Taco Bell it’s Taco Bell LOL

I ordered 2 cheesy Gordita crunches with dorito shells and it came with the soft tortilla wrapped around the cardboard of a dorito Loco taco??? The cheese was melted onto the cardboard as well. Good thing I looked before eating.
