Waited in line for 30 minutes for 1 burrito!! (Only 1 other car there & 4 employees) Asked to see the manager because our food was sitting on the counter ready but she wouldn’t give it to us. A different woman (lied & said she was manager) came to the window- Cussing out my husband & I, Threatening to assault us, AND refusing to give us our food that we already purchased!! AFTER the argument, she threw our food into our car window & I then noticed that they put random sauce in my burrito to be spiteful!!!

Total order wasn’t right asked for double meat in my burritos one had no meat my wife’s taco where soft and I ordered crunchy and waited 20 minutes to get my order but I went back later the night Manger made it right she needs her own store. don’t know her name. 06-27-23 and got it to me quickly.

On Friday I ordered 2 spicy potatoes soft burritos added beef. When I tell you the potatoes in both tacos were rock hard meaning they were old AF. I damn near broke my teeth. Couldn’t eat none. I had to order food from somewhere else. They should be ashamed of themselves. I’m so tired of lazy MFs.

This Taco Bell is absolutely ridiculous. Everytime I come here at night, they only accept cash. Tonight I tried again and was told I had to wait and to pull back around in 10 mins. I waited pulled back around and of course they are only accepting cash. When they get closed down for good, they can’t blame it on the construction on 270! Its because they have lazy workers that don’t want to do there job. They had plenty of cars tonight that were turned away by only accepting cash!

Ordered the new CHIPOTLE CHEDDAR CHALUPA COMBO because it looked good. Instead I was just given 3 soft tacos. I drove all the way back to the store to get my order fixed. And was given 2 plain chicken chalupas. Taco bell chicken is disgusting. Wasted my gas and time to give me trash food that I didn’t order.

Went through drive through good service good food. Wrong order couple times. Manager made it good inthe past. I have ask repeatedly for a receipt over a period of couple months. No receipt. I even ask the manager for a receipt during that time spand, no receipt. I called the Manger, ask,” why am I not receiving a receipt, Jason, he told me, you did not ask for a receipt. I told, Jason, I need a receipt everytime. I have told you when you were working the window, I need a a receipt, not receiving a receipt, just as your employee’s address the issue. I’m very disappointed with your decisions, Jason, thus will not be back to your location. I’m so disappointed with you and your employee trying to prove me as a adversaries issue. I think you and your cowork have a serious issue with your process of business to cut ratings for your own personal gain. I’m very disappointed with your process. I don’t appreciate your coworker, window attendant, telling me to come up and get my receipt, when she grabbed the phone or chimed in on a conference call, letting me know to come to your store location to pick up my receipt. I’m so disappointed with your lack of management skills. I’ll never be back to your location, as you suggested, why do I come to this, Taco Bell. You operate dysfunctionally, Jason. So disappointed, with this act at your location.
