If you come here late at night, when the drive-thru is the only way to get your food, be prepared to sit and wait for a long period of time. I had three cars in front of me and still sat for over 25 minutes.

I was driving for door dash and of course its after the lobby was opened. So I had to wait in the drive through. It took me literally and hour if not longer. But I will say that the service was smooth when I got to the window.

went through the drive through just to pick up dinner and was very clear about my order they still got it wrong had to be refunded and do a separate charge. also was starred down by a teenager in the window who took my order who was rude the entire time i was ordering. never had a great experience at this taco bell but that’s by far the most disappointing worst part was the manager didn’t seem to care and let him continue to talk to customers however he felt. would rate 0/5 is it was possible. terrible experience.

Waited almost 30 minutes for a door dash order. They didn’t even know how to handle online orders, the food was not even started until 15 mins after we got there. Unreal how a fast food chain takes longer then a sit down restaurant.

USED to be a good one! WARNING will take at least 45 min just to order in drive through even when there isn’t a line, and then you can expect to wait again after receiving the wrong order every time now!!!!

The line was out to the road and the lobby was closed at 5:46 P.M. We haven’t had a good experience at all last time we went our order was wrong and we still had to wait in line again for another 20 minutes for our “corrected order” and that wasn’t right neither. Everything at that point was cold. Don’t think we’re going to waste our time trying it again. Not for awhile.

Every time I come up there I am missing something on my order and when I pulled up behind a car and had to sit behind it for 15 minutes just for them to hand out a small order with no one else but me and the car in front of me, after waiting that long I think you can understand why I was mad. As I pull up to the window all I saw was messing around through the window while waiting for a conversation to end from the inside making me wait just for a greeting. What made it worse is they forgot the most expensive item. Thanks a lot

Went to go inside. No signs on door. Doors locked. Drive thru open. Soooo…I thought. Employee came on box at 1058…and said ..sorry can’t order till 11. Seriously? I left, won’t be back. Food was never that good anyways.
