I never bother to leave reviews unless a place is god awful and I need to actually warn people. I just read a bunch of terrible reviews for this location and can vouch for each of them. I just left here after the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant I’ve ever been to. Not an exaggeration nor hyperbole. My sister and I placed separate orders, about 15 minutes go by, and nothing. So I went up to the counter confused, and they acted like they didn’t see our orders. I’ve worked in the food business for years, and there is absolutely no excuse to ignore TWO orders! I’m polite anyway, and they give us our cups. 15 more minutes go by and our food finally comes out. Most of it was my sister’s order minus one thing, some of mine was missing and what I DID get was wrong, and my kids food wasn’t there at all. I go up there (mind you, it’s not even rush hour) to ask them to at least make my kid’s food and what was missing. Cool. Well, they only brought out half of my kid’s order, and nothing else so I was like, okay I still need these things and a refund for waiting so long and it still being super incorrect. The manager was acting like I was being super rude, and said something like, “I don’t want to argue, I’m being respectful” and I’m like, come on man, I just want our food and a refund to which he told me to come back tomorrow. The cook said, hey just call us tomorrow when our GM will be here, they’ll help refund you, and I’m like thank you, that was actually helpful! So that’s what I’m gonna do, and try my best to get that manager fired because, having been a fast food manager before, he was incredibly unprofessional and only made the situation significantly worse, I actually cursed at him which is SO not like me to do, especially in front of my kid, I’m still so upset that he provoked me to point of doing that, I cried. Tbell, fire that manager, I don’t know what his name was because he wasn’t wearing a name tag (also unprofessional from a restaurant manager standpoint, like that’s rule #1) and promote the cook, I think his name was Calvin?

Worst Taco Bell ever!! I have tried to give this place many chances, but I am done with this location. Yesterday was the last straw. I went through the line and placed my order. Told them I wanted mild sauce. They put hot sauce in the bag. I tried to go inside to switch it out myself and the doors were locked even though it was past 10 AM when they should be open. I pulled all the way through the drive thru again and told a guy my issue with the sauce and how I needed mild. He said they are out of it and was so rude!! Why didn’t they tell me this when I first placed an order so I didn’t waste more time?! Also who is out of mild sauce?! This is not the first time this has happened at this location either. The food was absolutely disgusting. Burrito was so runny with sauce it kept spilling all over. I have also been feeling sick since yesterday afternoon and going to the bathroom a lot! Run from this place unless you want terrible customer service and diarrhea!!

I ordered volcano burritos. They were cold with missing ingredients and had undercooked rice and a tough cold tortillas. I swear to God, I’d be loyal to this place forever if they get their quality control under wraps. I couldn’t even finish them they were so unappetizing. It’s a shame, because when made right I love the volcano burrito with a passion.

They need to get different people running this place.. seems like a waste of money there. The 3 times I’ve gone. Noone greets you or anything and u have to say hello. Been turn away 2 out of the 3 times I’ve tried to go… O yeah the one time I got food. All I hear was yelling.. sucks

There’s a guy working the drive thru that is always so friendly and happy and it’s honestly such a breath of fresh air in the industry! Such a cool guy! And the food there is always right and done well! The nacho fries are soooo seasoned and good compared to the other locations nearby! Honestly go here just for the friendly staff! We live close to this location and from time to time we will stop through. It seems like every time we come through here they either give us the wrong order, leave items out, or the food is inedible. I know it just tbell.. im not expecting Chick-fil-A service.. but for two meals it’s $20+ and the food is either stale or we get the wrong order entirely. My expectations are low, but this is just a poorly managed location.

I have given this place too many chances! By far the absolute worst location I have ever been to. The customer service is terrible. The employees are extremely rude and careless. The food was HORRIBLE! Nachos bell grande tasted like it had chemicals in it. The taco Supremes had no sour cream or tomatoes. The crunchwrap Supreme was only meat and cheese. It had no hard shell in it or tomatoes and sour cream. Definitely don’t recommend this location and will never go here again!

This location is hit or miss. Food handing procedures were not followed on 5/15. Food was bad and made me very sick – 12+ hours in the bathroom. Contacted corporate via website last night and have had no response yet. Finally found my receipt today and have completed the survey. Have requested my $$ back. We’ll see. Buyer beware.

The worse taco bell ever. I ask no lettuce bc of health reasons. The server repeats to the cooks no lettuce twice. I get home with all my tacos. What you know lettuce. So you idiots can’t listen nor read or follow directions. I sure hope robots take over all fast food chains. At least they might be able to listen and get an order right.
