I had food that was completely smashed. All the burritos had absolutely nothing in them. Over 75% of my order was missing. What I had was such garbage I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. I ordered a big order for my family. A $100 plus order…..from taco bell. This is what I received from here. Complete garbage.

Not sure what’s going on at this location as of late but the last several times I’ve ordered from here, both in person and via doordash, they would not give me a volcano taco. Every time I’d order one they would give me a bean burrito, which I’m not a fan of. Not a huge deal but like just tell me if you’re out of volcano tacos, don’t just give me something random that’s going to have to get pitched.

We got drive-thru for dinner. Mexican pizza was inedible; it wasn’t burnt but it tasted so bitter, like something in the restaurant burnt and the smoke seeped into the tortilla. I had a couple bites and had to cleanse my palette and find something else in the house to snack on. There are 2 stars because at least my husband’s tacos were edible.

said they wouldn’t serve me because i came on a motorcycle i tried being kind and just listen because arguing gets you no where. went to the taco bell on watson and they served me no problem. side note: there was absolutely nobody in line or in the store ordering. i dont know what their problem is.

Late in the evening, the inside dining was still available. I had a very friendly young lady take my order. My food came quickly from one of the young men assembling my order in the back.. He brought my food with a genuine smile and a Thank you. One small issue.. my cinnamon crisps did not have much cinnamon on them at all, but I’ll remember the good service I had…. long past the memory of my crunchy dessert.

I’ve previously reviewed this Taco bell with 5 stars (5 years ago). Lately the service hasn’t been the greatest, I get it with the lack of employees. I’m being a little harsh with 2 stars as the food is still great for the most part but the gentleman at the window and taking drive through orders could do a better job at letting everyone know he hates his job. Short, not so sweet and basically throws your food out the window. Cheer up man… Hopefully I can come back and review again soon.
