First Red flag was employees fighting the moment we walked in which judging from the picture I took all the employees should be a little calmer. It’s almost expected for fast food employees to smoke weed but damn at least clean your stems and crumbs off the kiosk you order from. And every surface was sticky which is odd considering one employee was dedicated to wiping everything down.

The food here is good and always fresh, but the doors to the lobby are closed more than half the time. Even with staffing shortages, they should just put a sign on the door. It’s relatively rare that I eat here anyway but it’s annoying to order for in store pickup, walk to the door as the drive thru line gets longer, only to realize the door is locked and having to get in the back of the drive thru line. I’d avoid this location and go elsewhere.

I don’t know what the inside is like because we weren’t allowed in. There was no sign saying the dining room was closed. We were lucky someone else was in the parking lot when we were getting out of our car who was kind enough to inform us of this. Rumored to have a staffing issue, but I don’t know how true that is. The service was just fine, but my Mexican pizza was a mess and had beans on it that were dry and clumpy and weird.

Went through the drive thru, specifically ordered 3 Supreme tacos, were charged for Supreme tacos. Customer service was exceptional. Got home my tacos were not Supreme. Once again I was in an area closest to Arnold that don’t cater to African Americans.

This used to be the place to go at lunchtime. But not anymore. I gave it so many chances. Sometimes it would take a half hour just to go through the drive-through. And then your food would be mostly lettuce. It’s gotten really bad I think I’m done giving them chances.

This Taco Bell has really gone downhill. This used to be our go-to but there’s an issue every time we eat here. Most recently, we had a 30-40 minute wait in the drive thru for our food. Not only that but the time before that, they got one of our food items wrong. Will not be going to this location any longer unfortunately..

Literally every time I attempt to order from this location, I am told that the manager won’t allow any orders to be made. There’s no reason given, just “something is happening”. This is after an order was placed in the app. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs.

This tacobell is a new location which is nice but I feel that they need more employees working because service is a bit slow. Today I tried the new Nacho fries supreme and I was disappointed. Don’t get me wrong, the food was good but it’s really small. I would rather have them up the price and make it bigger. It would be nice if they made it larger and put it in the $5 box, otherwise it’s not worth it.

Came in at 6:30pm on Monday March 6. Asked for salsa verde grilled chicken burrito thats on the menu outside and they say they were discontinued. Order Chipotle Ranch grilled chicken burrito and a spicy potato soft taco. Receive a burrito with no chicken in it with a ton of red chips and a tad bit of lettuce and cheese. The potato soft taco had less than 3 pieces of cheese, about 3 petals of lettuce and 3 total potatoes on it with no sauce. Garbage service and staff. They should fire them all. Drive Thru guy was rude with earbuds in asked me to repeat my order 3 times.
